After the nightmare I went through back in 2020 with Damian and the previous team, I swore I’d never deal with this company again. But the new owner Tomas reached out to me personally, apologized for everything (even though it wasn’t their fault), and absolutely went above and beyond to make things right.

Duty Free Cuban Cigars is a fake online business. They took my money and never sent the product I purchased! They completely stopped responding to my emails after they took my money. These guys are thief's, you have been warned! Order #18909.

Your warning to others was justified. Under the previous management, it WAS a fake operation run by thieves.
