Ordered over $1300 in cigars on Sept 2 2019. Still received NOTHING to this day! Got a response a few times when I contacted Damian saying cigars were getting mailed, but then no response to any texts or emails at all. I asked repeatedly for a refund. No response. This is obviously just a scam to screw people out of their hard earned money!

I can’t believe I’m writing this, but the new owners of Duty Free Cigar Co. have completely blown me away!
After the nightmare I went through back in 2020 with Damian and the previous team, I swore I’d never deal with this company again. But the new owner Tomas reached out to me personally, apologized for everything (even though it wasn’t their fault), and absolutely went above and beyond to make things right.
Their communication was unbelievable — fast, friendly, and honest. Every email answered within 24 hours… something I NEVER got before. And then the best part: they sent me a replacement package with tracking, completely free, just to show how seriously they take customer service now.
And guess what?
It arrived EXACTLY when they said it would. No excuses, no disappearing website, no ignored messages — just solid, reliable service.
The difference between the old management and the new one is like night and day. These people care, and it shows in every interaction.
I went from being one of their most frustrated customers to honestly being excited about how this company is turning things around.
If you’re thinking about ordering today — do it.

I ordered a package of cigars for my husband on December 6,2019 for a Christmas present. It is March 12, 2020 and I still have not even received a shipping notification.
