Non existent customer service

spent money on it. when it was finally time to use it. no charge and completely dead. got home and it wouldn't even charge. kept showing low one the indicator

dont buy the tacklife battery booster....i bought one off ebay from liquidationmama and it was junk....i turned it on and only red light came on suppose to be green and never did anything to boost a vehicle...paid $87 and ebay has no customer service to talk too and tacklife never responded after several emails and phone calls....karma comes to all dont buy this junk...

I purchased a heat gun at Walmart.com and the customer service associate was so nonchalant and unhelpful. They expected me to wait for my order to arrive when it was reported lost by the courier. Horrible company with zero customer service.

I've purchased quite a few Tack Life products over the years and all have done their job.

One purchase was their Jump Start Power Pack. and although only used once maybe twice a year it now doesn't recharge.

I've reached out to the company to ask for some advice/get help with this and have had no response at all. As a pretty loyal customer this is a really poor level of care and customer service. It seems they don't really care, shame really. Another customer lost........

Bought a Band Saw in 2021, the motor went out less the. A year. I am a DIYer so I didn’t use it that much so it surprised me that it went out. I contacted the company and they said they would replace the Band Saw which made me happy. When I received the next saw the neck of the saw was broken and unusable. At this point I just changed the motor over to the older saw I order to use it. I have used it a few times since then but I was going to use it the other day and the whole tension bolt on to of the saw broke and the top wheel fell off. Just a expensive piece of crap, don’t waist your money.

Bought a Tacklife T8 500 amp jump pack and the charger only charges to 3 out of the 4 lights when the charging lights go out as in manual.Voltage on the terminals is 11.89 volts full charge.I tried to call Tacklife and the phone number found had full mailboxes.No response through website e-mails and the person who I bought from on Ebay had no response.

Second retractable 65 ft cord failed...But Tacklife doesn't sell at Walmart anymore....so I'm left with 25lbs of garbage... though Walmart did give me a $25 credit and an apology. Which is more than I'll ever get from Tacklife.

WARNING!TACKLIFE CAR BATTERY STARTER FIRE!!!! I bought a Tacklife car battery starter a few years ago from Amazon. Always kept in its carry case and has been well looked after. Yesterday after using it to start the car, I put it on charge, 20 mins later it exploded into flames which engulfed my hallway.... We are extremely that we managed to get it under control.

Bought Tacklife jump starter as a present. Unfortunately my husband waited 2 month to try to charge it so he can use it if needed. Was not able to charge it at all. Customer Service does not reply. Avoid this company. I see the same jump starters are rebranded now on Amazon as "EnginDot".

I ordered a mini fridge and I was charged or 2 of them and received one

I purchased a compound mitre saw and it blew the fuses in my house upon first use. kept tying different plug sockets all to no avail. simply put it didnt work from day one . i contacted customer service several times via e-mail but they never bothered to respond.
I am left with a £165.00 piece of garbage. do not buy there stuff, be warned

Purchased two battery packs one could not be charged. Company does not respond. Wish I checked reviews before purchasing on Groupon. Garbage.

Bought impact wrench from Walmart.con from this company the battery or charger broke after one use. You can’t order replacement parts anywhere to even see what the issue is and customer service takes forever to answer you if they even answer you at all. Then when they do answer they just give you the run around and don’t actually help you with anything. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS ITS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!

Got Tacklife off Amazon, garbage, garbage, garbage!!! Product and customer service, or there for lack of. Online site a joke, won't let you submit anything, site just glitches and makes you start over. Had it for about 1 and a half years, never got to use it, took it out occasionally to check it, and last time display just said low. Would not turn on or change, crap went in the trash. Looks like Amazon not longer sells that brand, but strangely enough, plenty of identical looking Chinese garbage to replace it, DO NOT BUY

Bought a Tacklife portable power supply for CPAP, etc. for camping or power failures. Was not worth the effort of carrying it to the trash. Failed completely in a few months.

This company totally sucks. Got the jump starter and it won’t even charge and no one answers the phone and messages are full. They don’t reply to anything email, phones, mad customers none of it. Very poor service for sure.
