My comments refer to Martin Nash, your wheel repair technician. He is simply the best in the business. I have seen other technicians doing wheel repairs in the neighbourhood without even removing the wheels from the vehicle with less than satisfactory outcomes.
Martin takes pride in his workmanship and produces excellent results. I would recommend him unreservedly.

The repair quality is bad
The booking process was very disappointing, and unfortunately the quality of the repair did not meet expectations.
It appears that paint was applied directly over the scratches without properly preparing or removing the damaged paint underneath. Although the damaged area has been covered, the finish is uneven, with visible bulging and indentations rather than a smooth professional result.
The repairer advised that the paint would settle within a couple of hours and will look smooth, however there has been no improvement so far.
I previously used this service in 2023 and the repair work at that time was excellent and professionally completed. Overall, this was a very poor experience.

Christian the technician attended on time, he explained what was to be done. He got on with the job which was completed to a very high standard. He also explained post job care for my vehicle.
He was a very pleasant person. I would recommend Christian and the company.
