Purchase seemed straight forward and I was emailed pretty quick about the order confirmation, I did honestly think I lacked for the upgraded battery with the scooter however the shipment says standard battery but other than that the experience has been pretty good

It's very easy I've gotten 2 scooters and two bikes and no problems the last bike ran for 4 years in hall rain and snow and it is still going just ordered a new bike so hopefully this continues I shell follow up when it arrives......

My experience was very bad
My experience was very bad. I made a purchase and then received a message saying that the item was not available, and they suggested that I choose another one and pay the difference.
I asked for a better bike and requested a discount for this new model since it was their mistake, but they didn’t accept it.
They told me that the scooter would be shipped from Poland, but it has already been 12 days and I still haven’t received anything.
I’m very disappointed with this situation.

When your original model (Kukirin C1 Pro) temporarily went out of stock, we immediately contacted you to offer an alternative model or a full refund.
You then requested a possible discount on the Engwe M20, which we explained could not be applied as it belongs to a higher price category.
Shortly after, we received confirmation from our Polish distributor that the Kukirin C1 Pro could be supplied. You confirmed in writing that you were happy to proceed with that original model.
From that point, your order was processed according to our Shipping Policy, which outlines Shipping Grade Delivery standards — typically 4–5 business days handling time, followed by 5–7 business days for delivery, depending on the carrier’s schedule and regional logistics.

Great service and solid e-bike
The sugar spicy bodysuit is amazing, the quality of it is just beyond great. I’ve tried many bodysuits, fajas, corsets from other brands, and this has honestly given me the best result than any of those.. it’s a extremely comfortable, the most comfortable shape wear I’ve ever tried. Absolutely worth the money and would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Muito fácil de montar a bicicleta, o manual é um pouco complicado, mas tem vídeos na internet e é só seguir passo a passo. As ferramentas vêm junto com o bike.

La bici è arrivata in perfette condizioni, ma dopo qualche settimana ho avuto un piccolo problema con le luci. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti, che ha risposto rapidamente, mi ha guidato nella risoluzione del problema e ha inviato un pezzo di ricambio in garanzia nel giro di pochi giorni. Sono stati molto cordiali e non c’è stato alcun problema. È raro trovare un servizio così efficiente.

Solid scooter for daily commutes!
Been using the KuKirin G4 for a couple weeks now and it’s been class for getting around Dublin. Great speed, solid build, and makes my daily commute way quicker and way more fun. Shipping was fast, no delays, and the scooter came well packed. What helped me decide was honestly the website Inthezone had all the details laid out, easy to compare models, and loads of options to choose from. Made the whole decision process simple.
