I got the old videos on usb i didnt realise over the years it went bad so somehow they manage to get as much data and transfered all on usb. So me and my mom and my sisters been very happy.

Just got my family’s old cine films back & am absolutely delighted with them. Can watch on usb so easily & the films have been restored & improved. Now planning to send another family members old cine films to Each moment. They went over & above by removing a film that didn’t belong amongst the family cine films when asked so that the end result is perfect & a wonderful family heirloom to leave to the grandchildren. Thank you Each Moment.

Fantastic service!

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Despite paying a substantial amount of money to have some cine film and a couple of VHS tapes done, on return to me, both of the VHS were of some entirely different family, totally against data protection laws. I tried to contact them by phone numerous times to no avail and it took several weeks before they responded to my email. I was promised this would be corrected instantly, however, after another three weeks and several emails to them, still nothing !!! Very unprofessional and in breach of the law.

Good service and the customer was kept in the loop for the whole journey of the digitisation process.

Wonderful to see my children's early years again and also my late parents and grandparents.

Requests i made about not including two of the videos on the "stick" as not relevant, were ignored.

Nearly 5 months waiting for the finished product was a bit long, but was worth it.

I had hoped the rolling on some of the videos could have been "sorted" , but obviously wasn't the case.

Very pleased with the outcome.
It took over 4 months which was a bit longer than expected, however, we were kept updated which was good.
The delay meant that we were given a free USB stick (this was omitted from our final package in error), but rectified immediately following a quick email.

Great way to restore and collate your memories it takes awhile for the files to come back but worth the wait

Extremely easy to use the service with each stage logged and explained.
I'm very happy with the results.

It does take a long time to get any results, I have nor yet received a password for the on line copies of my films, so at the moment I am unable to see them

From start to finish excellent communication, up to date information , film converted to cd.
Bringing back memories that we thought we had lost, well done everyone, value for money.

A long process but you are kept up on progress on the dashboard.End results are fantastic.Thank you very much.Only negative was difficulty in making contact by phone. No return calls.

I sent my videos and cini film in December and February I was told they still hadn’t finished when I called they said they thought I had cancelled the order and refunded me
I agreed to pay a reduced fee for them to carry on I was told beginning of April my items were on their site and could watch them
I was in tears only one of the items where any good
They gave me £10 refund I have today received my original items back please don’t waste your time money or your special tapes yo this company they say they clean your tapes when I said I was really unhappy. I was told what do I expect from a 30 year old tape
They advertise they bring them back to life
Anybody wants to see what they sent I will show them

The conversion from analog to digital is fantastic.
I tryed to convert myself i couldent the software i used was rubbish.
Your ladies and gents at your lab done a fantastic job with a vhs video that is 36 years old this year.
My wife is over the moon she can watch the footage again after 35 years.

I’m very disappointed with my experience using EachMoment for video tape digitisation.

I sent in 5 tapes, but only 4 were successfully digitised. I was told the remaining tape had “fused,” but when it was returned to me, it was clearly damaged—the tape had been split in two and the film was pulled out from under the lip. This was not the condition I sent it in. These were irreplaceable memories, and it’s extremely upsetting to feel that one has been permanently lost.

What made this worse was the lack of communication. I received no proactive update about the issue with my tape—I only found out by checking the dashboard or reaching out myself. Given the nature of the service, you would expect immediate and transparent communication, especially when something goes wrong.

The turnaround time was also far longer than promised. I was initially told 8–9 weeks, but the first tapes took around 12 weeks, and the final two took an additional 16 weeks. In total, I waited about 7 months. If I had been told upfront that the process could take 3–6 months (or longer), my expectations would have been very different.

Overall, the service feels disorganised, with very little communication unless you chase for updates. It doesn’t inspire confidence when you’re trusting a company with something so personal and valuable.

I’ve given 2 stars only because I did receive 4 tapes back, but I’ve taken off 3 stars due to the poor communication, excessive delays, and the damage to one of my tapes.

I would not recommend using EachMoment based on my experience.

Good quality return. Very long period for completion took the edge off the service. 4 months seems unreasonable.

Took a little longer than I thought it would, but I was kept up to date on the progress and was great to see my children again as some memories I had forgot.

Still waiting for return of cine files n usb .. Can other in family put their own email address in to see pics

Cannot thank you enough for digitalising the tapes for me. I thought I would never have a chance to see them again. They are treasured memories of my family. I am thrilled with the result and the communication is second to none. You kept me informed at each stage until completion.
