Earasers Europe  Avis 150

This is actually not my first Rodeo with Mark. First time I ordered through Amazon, and being the massive Doofus that I am got the wrong size. He got my number from the order and proceeded to call me to make sure I had Xtra Large Ears. Seems not.

My second interaction with him (this time) was due to dodgy Spanish postal service. He called me, whatsapped me and finally sent a massive package to say sorry for the misplaced order. Honestly, the products are good enough, but the service is mindblowingly exceptional. I sort of wish the merchandise was worse so I could order more as a thank you for Mark's extremely helpful and kind demeanour. Which brings me to the other side of the shop, their product quality. I cannot think of sleeping without my earasers. I now have one at home and one for travelling…

Earasers were really helpful and I think it's a great product that seems to reduce volume with very little change in sound quality. Nothing like the muffled sound from other earplugs I've tried. Definitely recommend them!

This is the first proper earplug I have bought after a friend recommendation. It seems very comfortable, I bought the the one that cuts the least noise, 19 dB filter. That was pretty comfortable wearing next to Function One speakers. I am very happy and satified with the quality.

I was already a happy user of Earasers before my latest order, but this time something outside the control of Earasers got bodged with the delivery. Mark responded swiftly to my text and immediately did everything to set things right. Still a happy customer because of the product, but also impressed by the service and aftersales.

The ear plugs took quite a while to arrive and are too big to use. I ordered small but they are still too big, I've emailed hopefully they will reply.

Ik kreeg mijn bestelling maar niet, dus belde ik. Na mijn naam te hebben genoemd, werd ik in de rede gevallen, want ik had mijn huisnummer niet vermeld en dus was het pakketje retour gekomen. Alles netjes afgehandeld en de volgende dag had ik mijn bestelling binnen. Ik heb gelijk gepast en ze zitten heerlijk en filteren heel goed, terwijl je praten gewoon verstaat

I have ordered the wrong size, they came up with a quick solution

After finding the plug size that gives you the best seal, there earplugs offer great protection and comfort. I've tried two other popular earplug brands, and none gave me such comfort and audio experience. I tried both the -26dB Euro and -31dB Max filters, since I wanted the maximum protection but was not sure if the 31dB filter would be too much attenuation. It turns out the -31dB Max filter is perfect for my rehearsals, playing drums on a jazz trio and rock band. It gives me great protection while playing the drums while still being able to have conversations between songs without having to take the earplugs out. At first I thought the small size would be appropriate for me, but when they arrived I tried them on and was not sure if they were the right fit. I contacted the Earasers support, and they sent me extra silicone sleeves (sizes XS and M), so I could experiment with those 3 sizes (XS, S, M). It turns out size M was the one that gave me the appropriate seal, while still being comfortable. Huge thanks to the Earasers support staff, they have done an amazing job in helping me make sure I have the best experience with my Earasers earplugs.

Happy with the delivery service: everything was within one package and the ordering process went very smoothly.
