Bought it during a music session. The man whom sold it gave a good instructies how to use the Earasers. And the fare price for the product.

Overall, my experience with this company/branch in Europe has been really great.
At first I was feeling discouraged after ordering a pair of earplugs and wondering what had happened to them, since I didn't receive them after a couple of weeks. So I requested a refund through Paypal, and was quite glad and relieved to receiving it immediately!
After a while I decided to give them a second chance and order them again. At the same time I got in contact via email with someone from the company, in which they apologized a lot for what happened before and informed me that they have had a lot of logistic problems with the delivery companies during that time.
Soon my earplugs finally arrived!
Unfortunately, because my ears are not only hypersensitive to sound but also to tactile sensations... I couldn't wear the earplugs as intended, since the shape is not the best one for me in particular. But during the time I was trying them, I realized that they are very good in filtering the external noise and still letting the right sounds in. The echo that normally is experienced internally with earplugs is greatly diminished and almost not present when using Earasers. That's positively surprising, since many earplugs promise that but don't fulfill that. So, even if they were not a match for my ears, I would still recommend them for noise filtering and maintaining sound quality without underwater sensation.
The customer service has been very kind and attentive.
That's why I give them 5 stars :)

Great sound quality after comparison of many brands. I've compared several brands. These are much more transparant than those of the popular Alpine brand. Make sure to get a strong enough filter, the 25db one if you play in metal bands or attend very loud concerts. Unlike other brands you will retain a lot of medium and higher frequencies (bass is not really attenuated with any brand as your skull absorbs the low frequencies). The 25db filter corresponds to the attentuation & transparency I have on my Variphone custom earplugs with 15db filter. Great customer service too.

Delightful and prompt response!

I made a previous order for the starter kit with the Small and Medium sized plugs. Unfortunately, those did not fit, but they were perfect for the wife. I ordered the Extra Small size and they fit perfectly. They also shipped very quickly to Germany.
I have not tried them at a concert yet, but I have done some testing using headphones and I can say that these do allow me to listen to uncomfortably loud music... comfortably.

I asked the company - through the chat on the website- to help me choose the right earplugs, and the help was unbeatable!!! Good knowledge, quick answers, very nice and they offer me an upgrade.

It is great to have these earplugs in during parties. You can still hear the music super well, it doesn't get dull and no bad quality of music, which is unfortunately the case with many other (cheaper) earplugs. Top purchase! I am very happy every time I wear them, because I can protect my ears and still hear the music well.

Everything was perfect..fast delivery and great product.

I love them, have been using them since 2019 and will continue to use them. (I play guitar in the pretty loud band)

Highly recommended! These were already my favorite set of ear protection since I bought my first set in 2021, but after some excellent customer service I can only heartily recommend these to any musician or concert visitor. These protect your ears without removing unnecessary frequencies, so that you can still hear everything perfectly on stage.

Shipment took a week, but they responded very fast when I contacted the support and solved the problem.

Worked perfectly! I attended Sziget this year and I was able to stand in front of giant speakers without the music feeling too loud at all, while still having normal conversations with people. Like magic. Their sizing guide worked for me - I am indeed a small.

Really nice company, bought some earplugs and they work perfectly. I had an issue with my shipping and anyway they took care of that without any problem

I don’t speak Dutch but I wasn’t too happy with the products overall performance. Sound is more muffled than promised and worst of all, when I move my head loud noise pours in.
