After ruining my son's homemade loaf with their inadequate knives, I bought him and my daughter (also a bread baker), your knives and they work miraculously. I was also very happy with the free digital cookbook and idea book sent with the knives.

I have waited one month, no package. USPS has no trace of package. Tracking says to arrange for redelivery, or package will be returned. I think this is a total scam.

Cutting is so easy!
Cutting bread is so difficult as the bread tends to fold in and not want to separate. The slicer moved easily through bread with no difficulty. I also used it to slice a tomato beautifully. Better than regular knives.

I could not make it work at all
I could not make it work at all. I had on hand beautiful loaves of sourdough bread. Freshly baked, and also a few hours old. I could not make it work in any way. Looked at the video, etc. - this knife, unfortunately, though happily awaited, became a useless purchase.

Does not work well for a left-handed…
Does not work well for a left-handed person because the wood blade holder is on the wrong side for someone who is left-handed. It needs to be stated that the knife works best for right-handed people. I cannot use it.
