I placed my order

I placed my order, and then you refunded my money and canceled my order. I never canceled my order or asked for my money to be refunded. I did the buy one, get one and ordered an extra one. Now I don't get any.

Bread Knife

Tracking information is not good at all and when delivery states 10 to 15 days which it has taken 30 days to be delivered. I will not order from you again and I’m hoping I receive the bread knife I ordered soon.

If I could give a 0 I would!! Ordered the knife on May 5th and still hasn't arrived!!! How is that for your review?? DO BETTER!!!!!!! Had I known this east coast company was going to outsource from CHINA I would never have ordered from them!!

Rubbish knife

Knife I bought was good for a couple of times, but the blade quickly became too slack and is useless now

Never got what I paid for and their refund promises are total lies

If I could give a zero, I would. Despite promises plastered allover their website, Earthy Bliss Co. not only refused to refund my purchase, even though I requested it the day after my package arrived, but also never shipped me everything I paid for. I received two bread knives, but not the pack of replacement knives that I ordered. Their website promises: "We are so confident in the Breadly™ that if you don't absolutely love it more than your current knife you can send it back for a full refund!" and "30-Day Guarantee" and "100% Money Back Guarantee - Risk Free!" Pack of lies!

I ordered two knives at a sale price

I ordered two knives at a sale price. The handle is beautiful and the blade worked well. I don't make sourdough bread, but it sliced regular loaf bread fine...just takes a bit of practice to get the slices the same width. I'm still practicing...

Sarah is absolutely wonderful with customer service. We had to communicate back and forth several times. She was quick to respond, always polite and helpful and issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. She is one of those employees who is a boon to the company!!!

5 stars is NOT enough. Not only are the products the most superior I've used, the customer service is second to none (especially Sarah!!). Professional, prompt, courteous and incredibly helpful. I love this brand, Love these products and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

Had a good experience with getting help with a problem I had with one blade, they replaced it very quickly for me and could not have been more helpful.

Perfect bread knife at last!

This a without question the only knife to cut bread with, simply the best as Tina would say! I was introduced by way of a gift from my son, then I bought him one for flat warming. A great product from a good bunch of people who care about service and their product. If you want to cut your loaf without having to apply crust breaking pressure, look no further!

I saw the bread knife on Facebook and…

I saw the bread knife on Facebook and thought that it would make a great gift for my son who is into baking bread, I ordered it and sent it directly to him, when he opened it he automatically did not like the knife, he thought it was very awkward, had too many blades that he didn't know what they would do, mostly he said it was bulky and it looked like a regular saw. He did not want it. I reached out to earthybliss and they responded right away and gave me a refund. Very curtious and promptly.

Good experience and product

I ordered three breadly knives for Christmas 2025. I received one with the free items. At first I thought it was a scam business but when I reached out to them about the tracking they assured me the order was in transit and gave me tracking info. Very quick response and helpful. However I didn’t receive the other two knives. I reached out again and got a quick and helpful response that they were on the way. It took a couple of weeks to receive the first part of the order so probably will take the same for the two knives I’m waiting on. I don’t bake bread so I don’t know how they work yet. I’m sure the recipients will let me know. All in all a great experience.

Bread Knife

I received the bread knife and it looks like good quality. There was a problem with my order, I did not receive the free knife, in the buy one get one offer. I contacted them and Sarah has been very good with fixing the issue. They have sent out the feee knife, so waiting on that to arrive. I’m happy with the company and the bread knife.
