Surprisingly effective for sleep!
Great experience! Shipping was fast even though I’m not in the UK. I’ve noticed I’m falling asleep much more easily when I apply it before bedtime. Now I just need to stay consistent 😅

Natures sleep aid

I’ve been using Earthy magnesium spray for over 18 months and it’s the best magnesium spray I’ve ever used! It’s helped so much with my sleep, anxiety and cramps, 10/10 recommend!

If you’ve made it this far to read reviews, do yourself a favor and just place the order already. It’s such an easy step to add to your daily routine with profound benefits. My sleep has improved, I wake up feeling rested and calm. Less brain fog, more mental clarity, no more morning headaches. I even found it helps with muscle soreness, I’ll spray on my shoulders or where ever I feel tense! I will not go without this, it’s magic in a bottle

Not an Oil
It is described as an oil which it is not. It says it's made from spring water from Jordan.
Also, the labels were stuck on wonky. Not that this necessarily matters but it looked a bit budget when the price was far from it.
