Ricky was absolutely outstanding in helping us book our multi-city trip. Coordinating travel to meet family in different places at different times could have been stressful, but he made the entire process feel effortless. He remained calm, patient, and incredibly thorough while searching for the best flight options for us.
What really stood out was his dedication—when our preferred flight suddenly became available at the last minute, Ricky contacted us to let us know so we wouldn’t miss out. Thanks to him, everything came together perfectly.
The whole experience was smooth, easy, and stress-free, with excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for better service—highly recommend Ricky!
