I was sending some gifts for my daughter and guess what…the package 📦 arrived at my house half🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
And I rang the company(east line)and one lady(very arrogant)she told me to complain by email 😂😂😂,who’s gonna do what????,because was my mistake and I didn’t read the reviews of this company before🆘🆘🆘🤬🤬🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬 everybody is complaining about the missing items from the packages + other things
SO AVOID THIS WORST COMPANY!!!!❌⛔️❌⛔️❌🆘🆘🆘

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
We've retreated back to Romania and chose this company purely of costs reasons.
Couldn't make a bigger mistake, 12/13 single carton boxes, few with extra protection and stretch film wrapped got to destination absolutely battered!
Other few bags of clothes in vacuumed plastic bags have arrived torn as if they went through a war zone!
DO NOT BE FOOLED by the cost aspect of the expedition, whatever small or big!
They will bring your glass chipped and your fragiles absolutely battered and upside down!
Eastlines only after your money given you have a large pick up, they will only tell you rough guidelines of T&Cs!
Romanian end of the courier have no idea of what they're on about with lost items, already been delivered with local branch but deemed lost with main hub!
AMATEURS!
DO NOT USE AS INTERNATIONAL MOVERS!
MASSIVE MISTAKE!

Am apelat la serviciile celor de la Eastline In timpul pandemiei sa primesc un colet din Romania si acum a-2-a oara sa trimit 3 colete In Romania.
Atunci si acum suntem foarte multumiti de Serviciul prestat.

They earned my trust

Used their services for few years now , quick delivery, updates on parcel status , great customer service and friendly drivers .

I can see many complaints but we need to do our part in ensuring the packaging is done right by us.

In viata mea nu am sa mai trimit cu voi ,de tot rahatu 💩💩💩spuneti ca dureaza intre 5 -7 zile nu va respectati contractu nu mai trimiteti cu astia

Stimate dle Bela Geo,
Ne pare foarte rau sa auzim despre experienta dvs. Am reusit sa gasim comanda in discutie, cu Serviciul Economic, fara asigurare suplimentara, pe ruta Ro Uk ce a fost ridicata de subcontractorul FAN Courier in data de 17.12.2022, o saptamana fiind blocat in depozitul lor aferent si livrat mai departe expeditorului in data de 11.01.2023.
Conform verificarilor interne, nu ati dat curs plangerii prin completarea Formularului de plangere, folosind un limbaj inadecvat fara dovezile aferente. Ne pare sincer rau pentru orice incovenienta creata independent de vointa noastra, dar din pacate nu avem cum da mai departe curs procedurii de despagubire. In speranta ca cele de mai sus v-au fost de folos, va multumim pentru ca ati folosit serviciile noastre!

No option for 0 stars…we’ve used their services to send some presents for family and of course they’ve opened the boxes and stole a pair of shoes and some sweets. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they’d been able to find out where this happened but the reply for the complaint we’ve made was outrageous. They’re asking for all sort of evidence which is quite frankly impossible to have if you’ve sent an item as gift…on another note, they promised to conclude their investigation within 48 hours, today is Wednesday 21st December and we’ve sent the complaint on Wednesday 14th. So apart from taking them a week to tell you that they couldn’t find the thief/thieves from within their company, they won’t offer compensation unless you have receipts, bank statements and photos of the items stolen and proof that you’ve added those items in the package which was shipped with them and even if you’d be having those evidence there’s no guarantee you’ll ever get anything back. Long story short you’re feeding a family of thieves if you’re using their services cause you’ll have to pay in advance to get your stuff shipped and won’t receive anything back, not even the money you’ve paid for the package to be shipped.

We are very sorry to hear about your poor experience. We managed to find the order in question, a shipment that was not insured at the declared value, so it traveled with standard insurance of 20.00 GBP/parcel, which is the maximum compensation we could offer you if the insurance had been validated.
Considering that you did not comply with our requests to provide us with:
- Completed Complaint Form
- proof of purchase for the claimed products is missing, but no pictures from the online shopping page for the products declared lost
- photos of the outer and inner packaging of your shipment.
No further action could be taken. By using Eastlines services and by placing the order online or by phone, the sender (and the recipient's associate or the third party placing the order) acknowledges, fully agrees and fully undertakes to comply with our terms and conditions. In the hopes that the above explanation helps you understand the circumstances, we thank you for giving us the chance to clarify once again this unwanted matter.

Absolutely shocked by the service of…

Absolutely shocked by the service of this company. I have sent 2 new sofas purchased from abroad, quite pricey, when I asked about insurance, their answer was that all the packages are covered up to £500 only and cannot get extra Insurance. I’ve sent the packages anyway (stupid, I know) and they arrived ripped and with broken frame. When making a complaint, I was told the items were not packed right (although in the pictures I sent them it shows clearly that the sofa was ripped through the bubble wrap and box where it was held by some sort of belt during transportation. Moreover, the frame inside the sofa was cracked, obviously from being thrown around, no amount of packaging could have prevented that. And on top of everything else, they said that I didn’t declared the value of the sofas. There was no form to fill to declare the value of the package, although I did give them the receipts for them. Absolutely rubbish company, not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
And on top of everything else, when my items arrived, and I pointed to the driver the damage, he said to me Good luck making a claim. I have now opened a claim with ombudsman, hopefully I can get some justice. From what I can see, this company does this a lot, unbelievable that this is still allowed to happen in UK

Thank you for your feedback and for giving us a chance to clarify things. Your order collected on 12th of August was delivered on the 30th of August, we also understand that this shipment was damaged when it arrived to you, and we once again sincerely apologize for that. Per conversation with our customer service department, we understand that the packaging was done by the sender from the furniture store, poorly, with only one layer of bubble wrap and some cardboards molded into packages, each sofa/corner covered with thick plastic wrap. Eastlines does not offer packaging services. Packaging, sealing and protection of the products are the sole responsibility of the sender. The safety of shipments depends on how each item has been packed, sealed, protected before being picked up by a collection service. As we said, we want to extend our apologies and thank you for your business and patience!

Great job!!!

I sent with them a TV and some parcels with clothes and personal belongings and they arrived intact, in a few days, they picked up from the address, they delivered to the address, they called me before,I received an order number and was able to track the order online from collection to delivery...... They are promises, professionals. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the services offered. I warmly recommend them.

Servicii excelente.

Trimit cu ei de foarte multi ani si de fiecare data a fost o experienta placuta. Sunt profesionisti, coletele ajung in siguranta si la timp si bunurile sunt asa cum le pun eu in cutie. Este adevarat ca acord suficienta atentie ambalarii si respect indicatiile de pe site si ale operatorilor. Ofera servicii de la adresa la adresa, nu vin noaptea, au un comportament foarte prietenos si profesionist. Ultima data am trimis cu ei 3 colete din Romania catre Plymoth pentru sora mea si s-a bucurat nespus. Ii recomand cu drag.

A nightmare experience

A nightmare experience, most part of my parcels arrived damaged, dirty and when a made a complaint, they said it's my fault because of the packaging.
Drivers collecting your stuff are basicaly throwing your parcels in the vans.
They changed the original packaging of one of my parcels with another one with no consent, stuff missing!!
Absolutely appaling!! I am trying to avoid a depression at the moment.

Thank you very much for taking the time to express your sincere opinion about our services. Your parcel traveled on the Economic Service from London to Romania and was delivered by FAN Courier on 28.07.2022. In the same day you registered an official complaint citing damaged doors and dirty mattresses - in the Verbal Process concluded with FAN Courier at the time of delivery on 28.07.22, FAN Courier notes: "doors wrapped in stretch film, mattresses packed in cellophane plus insulating tape (like shells)", so a completely inadequate packaging that led to the disclaimer of responsibility of FAN Courier as well as of Eastlines. So once again, we will note down warm recommendations related to the method of packing a door, respectively a mattress, recommendations that we also post here for the benefit of those interested:
"Packaging applied to furniture from the door frame must be of the nature of bubble wrap in several layers, protections for corners and/or upholstered areas, cardboard box on the outside.
Packing recommendation for mattresses:
- prepare the mattress for transport by removing the sheets.
- use a protection; cover the mattress with a stretch film to protect it during transport; if you want and have it, you can use a plastic mattress bag; you can also add a layer of bubble wrap.
- pack the mattress in a large cardboard box, or wrap it with flexible pieces of cardboard.
- secure the mattress; use strings to help hold the mattress when it is handled; seal the box. "

Am primit email de confirmare cu data si ora de livrare. Mi-am luat zi libera de la munca sa fiu acasa insa cand a venit soferul si-a cerut scuze dar s-a facut o greseala la depozit, nu au pus trei coletele ci doar doua. Celalalt colet mi-l vor aduce probabil maine sau poimaine.Am fost foarte suparata si am sunat la firma , o doamna foarte nepoliticoasa mi-a spus ca e o greseala oneneasca, se mai intampla. Eu am pierdut salariul pe o zi de munca ptr o greseala omeneasca. Iar cand sa iau cele 2 colete primite imi cere banii si pe coletul neprimit , daca refuz sa platesc va trebui sa ia coletele inapoi si sa ma programeze in alta zi.Nu exista seriozitate in aceasta companie. Chitanta la banii primiti nu s-a dat. Sigur nu voi mai apela la serviciile lor.

Send a parcel to my friend in Romania what arrived totally damaged! Then I have also insurance! And they just washed them hand because my friend doesn't know she have to make complaints straight away! You must to be ashame, you just charge a fortune and offer rubbish. Don't send parcels with them!!!!!

Thank you very much for taking the time to express your sincere opinion about our services. Having looked into this matter, we can see that your parcel was registered for the Standard Service UK-RO, with delivery by FAN Courier on 21.07.2022 without any notification or Verbal Process for damages content/packaging.
FAN Courier notes: "We mention that the shipment was delivered with the packaging intact, there were no complaints and no minutes were drawn up. Mentions regarding possible problems regarding the integrity of the shipments are made at the time of delivery by drawing up a report of findings . Any subsequent complaints, regarding this aspect, are void."
As our supervisor's explanation to your complaint which invokes the fact that you received crushed sweets (biscuits and chocolate); unfortunately, along with the mentioned damaged products, there were also metal cans which, being blunt, led to the damage of the friable products in the package. As you know, we always recommend that crumbly, fragile products be packed individually in boxes, cushioned on the inside and marked according to their fragility on the outside. In the hopes that the above were taken on board, we thank you for being our customers and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

Nu au nici o treaba,colet trimis din uk in România Suceava l-au dus in Ialomița,am vb cu ei de vreo 4 zile habar nu au ce zic nici Acu ei nu știu unde e coletul,ceri sa vb cu un supervisor sau manager ceva îți zic sa suni a doua zi ca nu e nici un superior.idioți și cu tupeu la telefon

worst service ever !! avoid like the plague !!!!
I canceled the order with them and used DHL. I would rather pay more and have good service than work with this trash company. The drivers are completely impertinent. I don't know how these incompetent and shameless people are hired - NU LUCRATI CU EI! -

Very polite and helpfull customer service, i sent in march 2022 2 pallets 900kg each and other two boxes arround 40kg each. . Best price on pallet, repeat customer service 10 stars help me with all documents for parcels

They destroyed my stuff !!!

NEVER AGAIN !!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHEMED OF YOURSELF. I send once a desk chair with them. It arrived destroyed. When they take the money, they take it immediately, but if something happened, thay ask you to do a formal complain and then to provide all receipts for the the products that you sent so they give you compensation, because they know that less then 10% will do this, and after they still don't guve you anything. I did put card and a lot of bubble wrap around it but they still find a way to brake it and they didn't take the responsibility for anything. The pass it to Fan Curier. I don't care about your collaborators. I sent it through you and it arrived destroyed and didn't get any compensation !!!
