My family and I made our first stop in Paris the Eiffel Tower. With Easy Pass tours, we did not wait in line and had an amazing guide in Justin. Seeing and hearing about various Paris landmarks was a perfect way to begin our stay in the city. Once back on "land" we were able to identify many of the landmarks that we passed by and visited and had a little background knowledge.

My daughter found FTBT on-line and suggested we book a bike tour. Our group of 4 decided to go for it and I booked it on-line before we left for Paris. We booked the 4 hour day bike tour of Paris. We took the Metro to the meeting point and, as promised, there were representatives of the company waiting for us. Everybody spoke English which was a plus! Our tour leader was MAX and he made the trip awesome. FTBT has their stuff together and they know exactly what they are doing. This tour is appropriate for riders of all ages. We were never winded or struggling to keep up. This was a great over-view of the city and such a fun way to see it. I would recommend doing it early in your visit to Paris. We met several other families over the course of the next several days that also loved the night bike tour and the Versailles bike tour. I think next time I go to Paris, I will book the Versailles tour.....great way to see that very sprawling property. I am just home from our week in Paris and have already recommended FTBT to another family that I know is going next month! I really thought the group was great!!!!!

I have paid for 4 Eifflel Tower Easy Pass Tickets and did not receive any email confirmation. Also, I put the promotional code in for the 10% discount and it did not apply at checkout. Please help.

Very easy to navigate around. Good design and nice descriptions.

Very informative guide, although was maybe too much overload.
Guide asked for feedback which is fine although rude to ask for gratuities.

We were running late to our Eiffel Tower tour in Paris, but not a problem! We showed up and they quickly got us over to the Tower in no time at all and let us pick up with the next tour. I would definitely book them again and appreciate the flexibility!

Considering tickets to the top of the Eiffel tower are roughly €15, €40 per person seems extortionate to skip the line. Even more so considering the line at the bottom was not that long and we still had to queue for a long time to reach the top from the second floor and on returning to the ground from the second floor on the way back down. Would not recommend this to anyone I know.

Easy pass staff was friendly and gave us a little history before putting us in a line that was less then 5 minutes to the tower lift ! we really enjoyed ourselves!

Victor was super. He was animated, interestinhg, fun and included everybody from the seniors to the little children. He was well informed, pleasant and very clearly understood. He added humor and was considereate of the weather the wind and answered questions with grace. If we were there longer we would have booked the bike tour with him!!

The easy pass was worth the money. We avoided many long lines,however, know that the pass does not work for security lines at Versailles and it is not good at Notre Dame because the cathedral is free.

Jan Carlos was fantastic. Tour of the Eiffel Tower was extremely informative, entertaining and fun. Well organised and immediate access was a huge bonus. Thanks.

This is by far one of the very best, that he knows the city like the back of his hands and walked us through all the details. Bravo!!

We had a wonderful time on the Eiffel Tower with our very knowledgable and easy to listen to guide,John.
He described to us about the history of the tower along with many of its surrounds as well as past kings and the revolution.
This allowed us to understand why the
Tower is such an important icon.

The tour of the Louvre Museum flowed very well in spite of the throngs on people inside the museum. It was an excellent introduction to the comtinuation of the visit on one's own after the tour. We saved a lot of time as we were able to avoid the long queues as it was summer.

Tour guide was great and funny. Being able to skip the long lines and head up to the top saves a lot of time.

My son is coming to Paris with his girlfriend and wants to go up the Eiffel Tower. Tried to do this before but queues so long and limited availability. Decided to book online directly with the Eiffel Tower BUT sold out for all of July, apart from one date by which time they will be home! Used search engine and thought I would give Fat Tire Bike Tours/Easy Pass Tours a go. They have come up trumps. Tickets have of course cost more than they would have done if bought directly from Eiffel Tower office, but they had lots of availability on dates and times. All seemed to be very simple - directions and map provided of where to meet and collect tickets/guide. Gave info on what time to meet etc. In fact all questions I would have asked were answered. Great service.

As you know, it's often very difficult to wade through the many tour companies. Do not hesitate with this one! Highly competent regarding history, architecture, and management. Informative and entertaining. John Kennedy (our guide) rocks :)

Did the late evening Eiffel Tower skip the line tour. Nice offices 1 block from site, clean, bathrooms, free wifi. Escorted over to tower with a little history thrown in by affable Dara, then delivered to the special entrance. Perfect.
So pleased we booked the St. Chappell Notre Dame tour. Ellen was enthusiastic and knowledgable, and sure enough when it was time to climb Notre Dame we walked past the long line right to the front. Views were amazing. Nice jobs, everyone!
