Cheap and positive
Booked because they were the cheapest online, they were very easy to contact about the amendment of delivery and collection dates. My skip was ready earlier than expected and they collected the skip after I notified them. The skip did arrive a day late, it didn’t affect me that much but overall a positive experience.

Avoid
Booked and paid for a skip that did not appear. Waiting around all day like a plum.Front garden full of waste ready to go. Phones weren't answered.E mail was. They were unable to get a licence. At what point were they going to tell me? A day wasted and my neighbours parking space blocked. They have promised a refund.
Will use a local skip company in future.Avoid.

Hi Sean,
We're really sorry for the day you lost waiting. The issue here was a council permit one — the licence needed to place the skip on the road couldn't be secured in time, which is outside our direct control, but we should have flagged it to you far sooner rather than leaving you waiting.
Your refund is on its way. If there's anything else we can put right, please email info@easyskip.uk.

Very friendly and competent on phone
Very friendly and competent on phone, the guy who brought the skip was also very nice, he even offered to help me put my rubbish in it. I asked for very quick removal and they said no problem, I'm still waiting!
I'm worried because there is no one answering phone and answer machine full.
Ambulances come to bungalows across the road and school collections , need my car on my drive where the skip is sitting.

Hi Maureen, thank you for the kind words about our phone team and driver — I'm sorry the collection hasn't happened as quickly as promised. I'd like to get this sorted for you today. So I can locate your booking and push the depot directly, could you email me your order number or the postcode the skip is on? Our address is info@easyskip.uk and I'll pick it up personally.
I'd also like to look into why you've struggled to reach us by phone — that shouldn't have happened since we do not have a limit on our answering machine.
