The delivery of the skip was made by a very polite man and collection was also done on time.
I would highly recommend this company for skips, good price too.

Exstreamly quick to deliver were exmtreamly helpful when requested to to change pick up at last minute let me know when delivery on way and pick up diver on way so easy to book and price was cheapest I had found

Skip was put on the drive where we asked and picked up prompt . Really happy with the service and will use again .

I used Reliable Skip four times : they were late three times - twice on delivery (1 day) and once on collection (6 days) which was really bad as I couldn’t get the concrete in while the skip was there. No phone communication (just message machine) email slightly better : and to them a “priority pick up” means 11:00

We were due a skip on the 2nd April which never arrived and only found out when I called to check at 1650 if arriving on the day. We were called back by the 3rd party company and told it could not be delivered until the 7th (the day we put for collection) I was given an option to cancel with a full refund. The office then shut at 1700 so I couldn’t check with Reliable Skip

I called again on the 7th to ensure this message had been received by the Reliable Skip and also to cancel the second skip we had booked for the 10th as we had to make alternative arrangements.
I was also told I would get a full refund and it was being processed. - Great.

However, on the 13th April a skip came to be delivered which was confirmed to be the skip we had booked for the 10th (so even without cancellation, another late delivery)

I am still yet to be refunded for either skip and now chasing to ensure this happens.
So that’s 2 late deliveries, no communication if your delivery is not arriving, you just have to wait from 0700-1800 to see if it arrives, baring in mind the office closes at 1700
The people I spoke to at reliable skip and the driver for the skip that should’ve been cancelled were friendly which makes this review even more disappointing to write.

Ordered a skip whilst I was on holiday, to be delivered to site, where a contractor was booked in to load the skip. Reliable did not provide me with a delivery time, and instead, the driver just called to say delivery could not be completed due to access, and left, without giving us a chance to clear the access.

I then received an invoice demanding £135 plus VAT for a waster journey fee, before redelivery could be arranged, when their terms of business on the website clearly states £85 plus VAT. This is just blackmail at this point, as they have my money for the skip, and are demanding additional money than clearly stated on their website!

Ordered the skip and was told exactly what was permitted in an email. Simple to follow instructions.
Skip arrived in good time and driver placed the skip exactly where we wanted it. No fuss, great delivery and early so we could get started asap.
When the skip was full it was collected early in the day so we weren’t waiting all day for the truck.
All in all we were very satisfied. Driver was polite and very accommodating.
Al we expected and wanted from the service. We will use it again. Many thanks.

Good solid company. I had 4 or 5 skips in close succession and it was not a problem for them to sort. The price I found is the cheapest around.
Hopefully they’ll start to supply in the south east as well as the west.
They will always now be my first phone call when it comes to skips.
