Great Company
Ebonyrose is the most helpful, honest and responsive company I have ever dealt with.
I received the wrong item and informed them I needed to return it and requested my ordered item again. I had an immediate response apologising also telling me I didn't need to return the item and my order would be sent.
The next day I received my item with hand written apologies.
Many thanks to a fantastic company which I will certainly deal with again

I hadn’t used Ebonyrose previously but am more than satisfied with both delivery and product. Torc candle came safely wrapped and is just what I wanted - a lovely fragrance . I will use Ebonyrose again and would recommend to others.

I messaged the company to ask about delivery as I wanted to order set some cushions but was going on holiday. I received a quick response telling me delivery would be 2 days and then a follow up message after I had ordered to confirm that they had been dispatched.
The cushions did arrive within 2 days and I am thrilled with them.
