Terraced Victorian Dublin home
I have an old Victorian 3 storey property, which required a lot of work before we moved in, 7 years ago. We did the basics to get it comfortable, but it was in need of a more coherent design. Had a great consultation with Haley for nearly 2 hours, and I really felt she listened to our direction. She provided great advice, and we felt really confident in the guidance she gave us.
Very happy to keep working with Ebonyrose in the future!

Lovely shop with helpful friendly staff
We found the staff in Ebony Rose very friendly and helpful.
They gave us advice on colour schemes and Web sites to view regarding colour schemes.
The shop itself had lovely bits and pieces for the house to choose from.

Really fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and the team at Ebony Rose responded to all my messages on the chat really quickly. They went above and beyond to get the item I wanted shipped over to the UK in super quick time and it wasn’t to expensive either. Issue resolved - Nothing in over a week, no contact, no delivery
Editing to comment that the team at Ebony Rose were brilliant at helping me resolve this issue. It seems like it was an anomaly, and I received my order successfully, thanks to the intervention from hailey (sp) and team, thank you all!
I still haven’t received my order, and it doesn’t look like it has even dispatched. :(
Usually, you have been incredibly fast, but I’m so very disappointed that I haven’t heard a word in the week since I placed my order.
