Brandon went above and beyond trying to help me with the tickets and correcting the error I made. He was pleasant to work with.

Bad customer service and terrible communication!! You can’t get any cancellation fee if you cancel the ticket. I will never book through them again!! Very disappointing.

The agent helped me with a discount after the app quoted me a price that was bot available.

He did everything to help me get what I needed in order to get the flight that I needed to come home. He understood me. He sympathized with me and he was patiently. Got exactly what I needed, I will recommend this website again as long as I make it home and I make a flight,

On Nov. 10, 2023 I had purchased flight tickets for my grandson's trip. A problem occurred with the price of the tickets. Employee Marcus was the person that caught my call. He proceeded to calm my concerns, he was courteous and very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to assist me to resolve my situation and finally correct it and I got my tickets. I would refer your agency to the community if they want honorable and helpful staff.

The ease of making the reservation and the follow up of the customer service when there were problems. They would have gotten a 5 star except what they advertised on pricing was not accurate. The final price was about 1/3 higher than what was initially quoted.
