Very happy with our new ECA combi boiler and a fantastic after care service.

With the name not being very familiar we were sceptical at first to start fitting ECA’s, all of our doubts were very quickly put to bed with not only a brilliant boiler but fantastic aftercare and support! We look forward to a long future with ECA.

I have used an ECA boiler in Turkey for many year’s now, and I was so satisfied with the boiler, I bought one here in the UK. I was however pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received and the lengths they went to from picking the right boiler and them referring the right engineer. I am pleased to offer my review in return.

I highly recommend these boilers I am amazed at how good they are! I have fitted so many of these and I recommend to all my clients. I have been fitting these boilers for 2 years and not once have I had a problem with these. All my customers are very happy. They are a cheaper and way better option. Also makes my job as a plumber much easier as they are super easy to fit. The makers of these boilers are genius. I would like to thank the ECA family for this amazing production. You wont regret it. Great boilers I must say! I was recommended by one of my neighbours who also had an ECA boiler fitted in their house 3 years ago. I am really happy with the boiler, it has saved me a lot of money compared to other quotes I had from the other brands. I will definitely recommend ECA boilers to all landlords.

Been fitting ECA boilers from almost the beginning and I find ECA products to be very well built, look amazing and reliable. The boilers are very easy to install, maintain and easy to use not only for the installer but end users. Great boilers, cost effective solution in an economy where there's a shortage of supply. Great customer service and always a friendly chat with the team. Boilers are built with brass internals rather than cheap plastic which you find in most boilers these days. Plenty of space to work inside the boiler. Easy to install.

The boiler was delivered on time.
It was straightforward to install, even in the confined space we had available to us.
Commissioning the boiler was, again, straightforward and the wireless thermostat easy to fit and operate.

The staff at ECA are helpful and professional with a comprehensive knowledge of their products.

Great boiler stainless heat exchanger loads of brass inside not cheap plastic. And very competitively priced.

I've had an ECA boiler installed at my property.I looked into the company beforehand, and was surprised to see how old and large ECA are. As for the boiler itself, very quiet, efficient, easy to use. I can highly recommend ECA.
