Do you have any brain?
I ordered a panel, possibly, I may have made a mistake (can’t check, as the confirmation email doesn’t mentioned sizes) with the order. The panel that was delivered is 65mm × 189mm. For total price £58.98
Would it be possible for you to contact the client and double-check the specifications?
Just to clarify UK Home Craft sent me personal response on my email claiming that I don’t have a ‘brain’ so apparently, they can contact the customer and when they contact, they don’t hold it back. Buy ‘British product’ if you want to get ‘British customer service’

We’re sorry that you are unhappy with your order.
The panel supplied was manufactured to the exact dimensions entered when the order was placed. As stated on our made-to-measure product page, all measurements must be checked carefully before submission, as panels are precision-cut to the sizes provided by the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to contact customers to verify measurements before production, as manufacturing begins based on the specifications entered during checkout. We therefore rely on customers to ensure the dimensions provided are correct.
We would also like to address the conversation regarding this matter. During the call, you asked our colleague if they “had a brain.” The response you received was simply a repetition of your own remark. While we understand that this situation is frustrating, we expect all communication with our team to remain respectful. Comments made were considered inappropriate and disrespectful towards our staff, and we do not tolerate abusive or offensive language directed at our employees.
As the incorrect dimensions were submitted with the order, the panel was manufactured as requested and cannot be refunded, as it is a custom-made product.

As previously explained, we unfortunately experienced slight delays at the time, and your order was scheduled to be delivered only 1 day outside of our current estimated 2–7 working day delivery timeframe.
