My vouchers were sent to me immediately after i had chosen them. A couple of weeks later I change my mind about the retailer I wanted the vouchers for and these were swapped for me as soon as I asked without any quibbles whatsoever. I would recommend this company, Dayana was super helpful and friendly.

I had a fantastic retirement card from EcardForest signed by tons of my colleagues and a fantastic surprise money pot. I did have a little personal issue getting into the money pot a second time so contacted them and the lady Dyana was so kind, friendly and helpful sorting it out for me and giving me support and advice on how to choose and get the seperate gift cards for different places...all her emails were great and helped me soo much xxx

I asked a question about my card, thought I might have to wait a day or two. Dayana got back to me and had my issue fixed within 15 minutes of of my request. Dayana made my day much better after I panicked about the card I needed to send. Thank you!

Ecard Forest is an easy, inexpensive, creative and flexible way to collect greetings from friends and family anywhere in the world. I set up the card service quickly, emailed the link to friends and family, and timed the card delivery to sync it with an in-person gathering for the card recipient. When I had some formatting trouble, Ecard Forest helped me resolve it very quickly. Great resource!

Was having issues with the payment and sent an email to their customer service line. Dayana got back to me promptly and payment for my e-card has been settled.

The process was very easy and the team respond quick if you need help.
Only downside is the charge for processing cash transfers, it is quite high which takes money away which has been donated by friends.

ECard forest website is easy to use and when I did have difficulty I contacted support and Dayana replied back quickly and resolved the issue straight away and was friendly and professional.
