The girls in the Ballymena shop are exceptional. They are super helpful and knowledgeable about all products and there is never any pressure to buy. I keep coming back because of the great customer service and do recommend the store to anyone.

Ordered to ROI and couldn’t believe how fast the delivery was. Received car seat and base within 2 days with DPD, where other retailers said there was a 5 week wait for the same items at a higher price. Would highly recommend

Ordered a car seat - it was shipped within 24 hours and arrived with me the next working day. Customer Service even sent an email to advise regarding packaging due to units being sent by the manufacturer in boxes of 2, rather than single units. Really happy with the service and would definitely order from Eclipse again.

Lynsey was so extremely helpful at all our visits. We got our full travel system and sleeping bits and pieces for our baby, to a high chair that will do them from birth to old age! I would definitely recommend them to get whatever you need for your baby or toddler.

The best customer service I have come across in retail. I purchased all of my baby essentials from Eclipse Nursery Store for both of my babies, from newborn bundles, nursery furniture, travel systems, car seats, Out n About double pram, Tripp Trapps and the list goes on. The girls are so lovely and very knowledgeable about all of their products. I also love that you can place an order and pay off in instalments until you are ready to collect. My most recent order was delivered to me the same day when my newborn arrived as I couldn’t get to the store for a few days! The added bonus of shopping local was being able to see all of the items on the shop floor and try them out. Another major bonus was they installed my new car seat. Fantastic people!

We dealt with Lynsey from our first visit to the shop, we were made to feel so at ease & no question was silly & we had plenty of them.
We asked for advice and were always steered in the best direction to suit our needs.
Everything was delivered to our home by Eclipse with a thorough check that we had received all of our order alongside the relief that we could contact them if we needed any assistance when building.
I’d reccomend Eclipse ten times over, a local company with your best interests at heart.

Would highly recommend eclipse nursery, staff were very friendly and helpful when having a look around there store. We purchased our tripp trapp and rocking chair online and it was shipped straight away, arriving 2 days later!
