Repeated delivery failures due to…

Repeated delivery failures due to incorrect customs documentation, with items being returned multiple times. Even more concerning is the lack of response from customer service when trying to resolve the issue.

They are fully aware that we are expectant parents, yet there has been no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to resolve a problem entirely of their own making. The lack of communication only adds unnecessary stress.

Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic Customer Experience

Wow! One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had! Very quick response to a call about a query I had about a product by extremely helpful staff member who made sure my order was amended accordingly. Communication is also excellent via WhatsApp - making it easy! Extremely fast dispatch and delivery! Thank you!! My daughter loves her new Stokke highchair for her baby due soon!

Great customer care

Great item and delivered in good time considering the free delivery. The best thing though was when I asked the company to chase the delivery company (though the item was then delivered that afternoon) and they took the time to come back to me and ensure all was ok. Great customer care thank you.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. I bought the wrong thing to go with the trip trap and they were so helpful, responsive and knowledgeable over WhatsApp. They were happy to refund even though it was my fault. Highly recommended them and I’ll definitely use them in future.

Easy buying experience

We needed to get the Yoyo car adapter and this site offered the cheapest price. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it is actually the official platform for Stokke! It was straightforward to buy the adapter. I even got a tracking update through Whatsapp. The item arrived promptly with no issues. Would buy from here again.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I had order some extra parts for a high chair, and unknowingly ordered duplicates. The team reached out shortly after I placed the order to check if I needed all the parts, and when I realised I didn’t immediately amended the order and refunded party of it.

I would 100% buy from here again.

Surprisingly good customer service!

I placed an order for a couple of Stokke products. They realized I had ordered a loose item which already was included with the other item and contacted me to check I had not made a mistake. Told them I had not realized indeed and they cancelled the duplicate and refunded the money to me. Very serious and responsible company, surprised at the excellent customer service. Mi item arrived in tome and perfect condition. Will order from them again!

Very Impressed!

I wasn't sure to make of Parent Studio as I'd never heard of the company and as you can see there aren't many reviews here, but I couldn't be more pleased. Shipping was fast and I was well informed the whole way about the status and the price was excellent. Also bought a Yoyo buggy board and it shipped direct from Stokke. Would shop again 100%

Bought the yoyo buggy on a great deal from them, absolutely no issues whatsoever. I was slightly worried since I've never heard of Parent Studio before, but the website did seem legit and other reviews were positive. My parcel got shipped within a day from Netherlands and arrived within a few days. I really liked how they keep you updated via WhatsApp rather than just emails, makes it seem both modern and personal!

Do not accept returns for opened items

Parent Studio refused to accept a return of an online order because I had opened the packaging of the item to look at it.

If you think there is any chance you will need to return an item, I would advise against buying it from Parent Studio.

Hi Sam. We have awaited your reply for our request for further information and have yet to receive it. Without being certain of your exact complaint I can assure you we only deny returns in line with government regulation. IE. Hygiene products cannot be returned upon opening.

Great customer service on online order

I recently purchased the outgoing but still excellent babyzen yoyo2 at a competitive discount from them. When shipping was taking longer than I had hoped, I reached out over their WhatsApp chat for support. They were great in checking in on the shipping, giving me a predictable ETA, and following up after to ensure I received my order and was satisfied. Thanks!

Amazing service!

I have placed an order today and didn’t pay attention to when it would be delivered, contacted their customer service via WhatsApp and got instant reply. I had a lovely rep named Ana she was swift with her replies and went above and beyond to fulfil my needs. Overall an amazing service! Looking forward to my delivery :) Thanks to Ana!

Great customer service!

We placed an order over the Christmas period of 2023 and there were some issues with the delivery, probably because of the busy period. The team was amazing in handling that and keeping us updated throughout the whole time. Finally, when we received our products (which were on time for when we needed them), they were at least as we hoped for.

We're really grateful for the way the team acted, thanks!
