Econ Solar Solutions’ vision is to introduce readily available, easy to use solar energy alternatives to Ireland. Whether it be to light up a driveway, farm shed, or car parks there is an affordable solar solution for all your needs. These lights can be controlled by PIR sensor, remote control, timer or switch. We offer free consultations to assess the needs of all of our customers and ensure that you choose the perfect solar lighting solution for your needs. Doing so we aim to work towards a community completely independent from fossil fuels by helping people understand the importance of environmental protection, realize the advantages of solar power systems, and promote the incentives and rebates from governmental renewable energy policies. It has been predicted that Ireland will reach a 70% renewable electricity share come 2030, this figure will never be achieved if not committed to by civilians and small businesses arounds the country. This is not the only incentive to switch to solar where possible, reports at the end of 2021 found Irish unit electricity prices are among the most expensive in Europe, at an average value of €0.19 per kWh and this is only expected to increase as we truly recover from the Covid-19 pandemic. Current prices are now sitting as high as €0.32 per kWh which is an alarming rapid increase. Overall cost of living is going to continue to increase and we have no control over that, but now you can control your outdoor lighting costs easily. Implementing solar lighting and pumping systems only demands capital investment, there is no need to worry about electricity price inflation, only daylight - which isn't going anywhere. These affordable, sustainable and reliable solutions are not to be missed!

50 watt flood light with remote
Bought the 50 watt solar light with remote for a hen house and it worked perfectly, egg production up dramatically with the extra light in these winter morning . Assembled in 20 minutes and when I had queries about the remote they got back to me straight away . So yes very happy will do business again.

The advice I got from you over the phone was excellent.
That you are an Irish company is very important for me.
On the constructive side maybe some instructions on how to assemble the lights would help.
Also I felt the brackets were a bit flimsy, I ended up making one myself to mount on a pole.
Overall I'm really happy and thanks for the support

Really happy with our new solar lights . We got very professional advise prior to deciding which lights best suited our needs . The Econ team are very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with. Installation was very straight forward not having to hard wire the lights , no cables no mess. We can see a noticeable difference on our bill . Good service when bought on line had it withing a week the only dis like on them is brakets on light and panel too light wont last too long on the west coast a pitty on that will bye more off them
