Gareth Jones, the engineer came out to change something on my electric for my solar panels. He did with so professionally even correcting an issue left by a previous electrian . Very kind, friendly , tidy and efficient.

John Dewen came out today to inspect our panels and we cannot rate him highly enough. He talked us through everything he was going to do and whilst I’m not electrically minded he put things into simplistic terms.
John arrived early, talked us through what he was going to do and set about the job. He was friendly, very knowledgable and a credit to the company. We would like to thank John for his feedback on couple of things that need following up. Please pass on our thanks to your member of staff a great ambassador for Ecovision

I have a fault with my Solar PV which requires an engineer to visit to investigate. Contrary to what they initially thought, it's not a communication or connection issue. The RCD has tripped and won't reset. The earliest date they offered was over SEVEN weeks away at the end of April which is totally unacceptable. I have written to demand compensation for the extra cost of electricity I'm going to incur over 7 weeks but am yet to get any response. This is anything but customer service.

The engineer was friendly, helpful and efficient. He replaced a major part and cleared away packaging and left no mess.
The appointment was arranged with the customers needs taken into consideration and all workers we encountered were kind and reassuring. Thank you team!!

To be able to talk on the phone to a person who can talk loud and clear English is a bonus, so thank you for that.
Very helpful and informative in finding the right appointment for me and for ID so I know the name of the engineer.

Spoke to Stephanie about my concerns on roof which is leaking. Stephanie was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable and sorted out the issue we had. Would Highly recommend Ecovision many thanks

Good communication from scheduling the appointment to the engineer arriving and completing the work. The engineer was efficient causing limited down time whilst completing the work.
Ecovision have always kept on top of any regulation changes that have required modifications/upgrades to the installation and have organised these upgrades as soon as they were able to.
