What a great company, I have been with these guys for years and they are just amazing! There whole team is just great, problems are fixed in a timely fashion and all support tickets (no matter how stupid/simple... hangs head in shame) are resolved and the issue explained.

Honestly they are always great at responding to my quires big and small they always have knowledgable answers to my questions and resolve and get back to me promptly.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Eco Web Hosting for a long time. Whenever I have an issue and need to raise a ticket the support is always first class and resolved quickly and smoothly. Most recently had an issue with a dns resolver cache meaning an SSL cert was failing to issue. Fraser dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally and explained everything really well. I am a software developer but hosting and networking is my weakness... Eco Web Hosting really make it simple, if ever I have had confusion of "errors" (almost always self-inflicted) the team respond to support tickets super-fast! I mean within the hour, often within minutes, and nearly always have it resolved within two emails. They are so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my interaction with Amal. I was asking for information that I had not yet been given, but the response I received came across as rude. The chat was opened without clearly providing the information I needed, which made the interaction confusing and uncomfortable. I believe a more respectful and helpful approach would improve communication and create a better working environment.

An issue I raised with Eco Web Hosting turned out not to be their problem. However, initially Remi and then Vanessa went above and beyond to assist me in directing me to the root cause and I am now hopeful of achieving a resolution. I feel confident that we’ll get our issue sorted. Vanessa was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and efficient in her responses. The five stars are fully deserved!
