Thank you ECS Liverpool!

From the minute we travelled to the ECS warehouse in Liverpool to view sunbeds earlier this year the team were brilliant! We gained lots more knowledge whilst there and Madelyn was just amazing and super helpful from the get go. Elle & Madelyn kept in touch during our waiting period and they were at the end of the phone when ever needed. Unfortunately due to a delay with out acrylics we were set back ever so slightly but ECS did everything they could to prevent further delays, Elle & Madelyn kept us updated every step of the way and were super helpful & understanding, they prioritised our service and we also received a lovely gift box as a gesture of good will. When it came to the sunbeds being installed, we could not fault Peter, Rob and the gang at all! what a great set of guys :) They explained everything to us and made the final step so easy! Brilliant sense of humour too I must add. Since the beds have been installed we have had regular contact with the whole team at ECS and nothing is too much. Thank you all so much!

ECS sunbed have honestly been a dream

ECS sunbed have honestly been a dream , From the very start of me speaking to them , they have they have been a lifesaver in me opening my first salon . As it’s already a daunting challenge, ECS gave me all the confidence, knowledge and advice i needed to move ahead with the purchase of my beds . Ergoline laydown and american leasure stand up . Elle and Madaline were honestly a dream , as well as the engineers were great too ! we first went and visited the showroom in liverpool and then it came to the install . They were great throughout the whole process too ! I will be back for the install of my next beds, 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you ECS x

This company has such amazing beds

This company has such amazing beds! I have been to two salons near me, and their beds have been supplied by ECS and were amazing!! I haven’t used them personally, but the salon owner I spoke to had only nice things to say!

AWFUL service

AWFUL service. AWFUL management. AWFUL sunbeds. I highly advise to not use this company with such lack of knowledge, respect and most importantly customer care. Rude con artists.

Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical, shambles bunch of cowboys.

Do not rent or buy Sunbed’s from these con artists.

We rented beds in which they placed 25 year old trash into our shop - damaging the floors on instal - with broken parts, missing ventilation - and used freezing cold tubes.

Thankfully one of the staff members were rude when a payment was late (due to a bank issue beyond our control). When I highlighted the staff members tone and that the beds were a complete crock of s… I was told they will collect the beds the next day.

Haha - perfect with us you bunch of jokers.

Please do your research there are much more experienced companies (starting with c ending in o) who will not con you and who will supply you with brand new rental beds.

Don’t let these destroy your salon and business. Fools.

**Terrible company **

After waiting eight weeks for our sunbed for our gym, we were informed just a few days before delivery that the sunbed we initially ordered was no longer available even though we was told the bed was already in stock and we only had to wait for the installation team.
They offered us what they claimed was a superior bed at no extra cost, and we agreed to this change. It later turned out that it was an inferior bed after reviewing the specifications.

When the bed arrived, it was not in the colour we were expecting or as advertised on their website. Instead of the advertised colour, the entire bed was a very dark blue, appearing extremely dated, old, and not refurbished as advertised.

I attempted to discuss a possible resolution with a member of the installation team, suggesting that the sunbed be left at my location, out of use, with the panels off so that I could have them sprayed at my expense. The team member repeatedly cut me off and insisted he would not be returning to take it away, stating that if I didn't want it, he would take it back immediately. I expressed that without the option to get the panels painted, I didn't want the bed.

The engineer was extremely rude, offering little opportunity for me to speak and repeatedly insisting that I either accept the bed as it was or not at all.

I also spoke to Shirley by phone while the installation team was on site to try and come to a resolution. She stated that I should have requested a white bed at the beginning, which clients pay £500+ VAT for. Had it been clearly stated that I could opt for painted panels at my expense, I would have done so without hesitation.

The company accepted no responsibility for their errors in communication and was only concerned about their cost and loss, showing no concern for our considerable loss of earnings from now having no bed to offer our members. Overall, I found them to be extremely rude and unprofessional.

I have had nothing but great service…

I have had nothing but great service from Elle and Melanie. They have been very accommodating and helpful in getting me started with a new tanning salon. As I already had 2 sunbeds ECS retubed and and made sure they were working perfectly. Very helpful in suggestions on supplies I needed and best ones to buy.
Overall a very great experience with ECS and will be my go to for all things tanning related in the future.!!!!!

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company, the good reviews will be from when first dealing with them!! They are super helpful when they are getting thousands of pounds out of you, but then become absolutely disgusting. The rental beds are absolutely crap, the tubes they supply are crap and their customer service is crap. Elle and Shirley are the most obnoxious, rude and patronising human beings Iv ever had to deal with in my life. When beds was being fitted they was hours late, when coming to do repairs hours late, only time they come on time was when they came to collect! The engineer occasionally asked us for “a cig”, tried leaving without finishing the jobs. The led lights broke every month. They’ve had thousands and thousands of pounds out of us and there beds and tubes are shocking, as well as their horrific customer service. It ruined us as a business using this company. Out of the 3 rentals only one actually tanned people. They used to threaten us all the time collection of bed when payment was a few hours late, so we purposely stopped paying when they sent us the threats and made them wait because they was that horrible towards us. Please do not waste your money and time with this company, I wish we could go back in time and find someone else. I mean the fact on every review they defend themselves and take absolutely no responsibility for anything just shows what kind of people they are. We always paid no matter what right till the end weather it was late or not, I get they are a company and it was in the agreement but sending empty threats …. Don’t fall for any of there helpful customer service when wanting to use there service because a few weeks down the line they soon change. Over £12000 they had out of us for 3 absolute crap beds that was falling apart and treated us like we wasn’t a valued customer. The acrylics in the beds come scratched and used if the acrylic breaks you have to replace them yourself costing up to £800. One of our beds broke for 4 days and we got the blame for doing something wrong, so we lost money as the bed was out of use, engineer came out and remove a piece of cardboard from inside the sunbed that was holding something together that they should of removed when fitting. Did we get an apology? Or discount after having a bed out of use? I’m the middle of summer may I add our busiest time, No we did not. Air conditioning leaked all the time. Honestly I could go on and on and on ….. Don’t bother. You should all be seriously ashamed of yourselves.

Avoid! Should be 0 stars.
Very rude, arrogant and patronising staff.
Gave us the oldest sunbeds possible, not worth anywhere near the rental they charge for them. We lost lots of customers due to these beds.
Wouldn’t retube them when needed.
How this company is still trading I don’t know, shocking.

Please please please STAY AWAY from this company. Don’t make the same mistake i did. Rented 2 laydowns from them since feb and can finally say im glad to have rid of them. They are liars, manipulating, very unprofessional, customer service is terrible. I could honestly write a book about this company, from start to finish they have caused nothing but hassle. The beds are old and terrible, they will give you the worst cheapest tubes for their financial benefit. Your customers will not tan, and they will not come and change tubes. Had our beds 10 months without a retube, if theres a problem with your bed they will blame you and try make you pay.

This is my second time writing a review as i have now got rid, i left a review a few months back whilst still renting the beds and they black mailed me and threatened to come and take the beds away unless i deleted the review.

I could honestly write pages about this company, whatever you do. DO NOT GO WITH ECS

This Client was constantly abusive and sent several abusive emails to female staff with constant middle finger emojis to female staff.he was so bad we had to deal with his mother who was always polite and pleasant and apologised for her sons behaviour.We had to have a male member of staff deal with him as he would not be abusive to another male he just had major issues with females.in the 10months he had rentals with us we had to constantly chase for the rental payment agian through his mum. On the rare occasion he had problems with his sunbeds he would send abusive emails demanding repairs.The only reason he handed his beds back was because he upgraded to bigger beds after his tanning salon became a success.Considering this was his first venture our sunbeds and service and lamps cannot be that bad if his salon has become a success and he has upgraded to much bigger beds.

Purchased and ergoline 1100 prestige and an American Leisure Stand up from ECS sunbeds. I shopped about around other companies throughout the UK and also read previous reviews. At first I was a little nervous due to one particular review with ECS however after asking directly about the review, ECS reassured me that this was not a true account. After visiting Shirley and the team at the showroom, and seeing all the big sunbeds, I was more than happy to place an order for a Stand up and lay down bed. I cannot fault the service we got from start to finish. Shirley really did go the extra mile to help me, even with my business plan. Sunbeds were installed today and I cannot be happier. The engineers were polite and professional and couldn't do enough for me.

This is the worse company I have EVER…

This is the worse company I have EVER have dealings with. They are unprofessional, rude and arrogant. There is 0 customer service and like the reviews on here the same people I have problems with. Shirley who apparently runs the place in the Liverpool site. The engineers are not much better, I have had numerous problems on several occasions from engineers swearing in my shop when fixing a sunbed, to not even putting it together properly leaving it not working. They don’t really like to travel to you if you are not close so try and get you to do their job over the phone when something goes wrong. They are cowboys and I cannot stress enough about avoiding this company. They will lie, say anything really to pass the buck of their problems on to yourselves and your business. If you call around other rental companies and mention them they all say the same, they try to pretend they are a huge business but in reality they are small fish trying to be big and can’t cope with it. I am finally getting rid of this useless company who I don’t know how they are still trading after seeing the reviews on here! They don’t even deserve the 1 star! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere 👍

If I could do

If I could do - star I would. The most unorganised, unprofessional, rude company I have ever had to deal with. Continuously cancelling sun bed. Cancelled our beds DAY before delivery, only reason we found out was due to myself emailing. I had the “pleasure” of being in contact with Shirley and Elle both of which were so unwilling to help. Shirley was unprofessional and rude throughout all emails. I have never had to experience someone so sarcastic. I had to seek legal advice from both citizens advice and a solicitor who were both shocked and disgusted at how we were treated as customers.
