I will definitely be ordering from here again. Absolutely beautiful and so different. Came on time. I'm so pleased with my chocolate bouquet, it's part of a leaving present for a friend and I'm sure she will love it.

Helped correct issue straight away! Great product!
Had an issue with delivery initially, but after making them aware of the issue, the company went above & beyond to fix things by resending product! Was impressed, would use this company again!

I'm terribly sorry to hear your parcel didn't arrive when you were expecting :(
I have checked on the courier's tracker and it appears that whilst it was collected from us on Thursday for delivery Friday, the driver had a problem en route and wasn't able to deliver. A notification was sent from the courier to the email address provided advising of the delay and that would be delivered the following day.
