I have to admit had two issues place orders as my internet kept dropping mid order but both times Darren in support done an amazing job sorting things out instantly. Great fast customer service and support. Chainsaw - works as expected only issue was the bracket for pull cord is fragile and has come off. The pull cord and has damaged plastic with the friction and pull cord at risk of Frey ~ glue back in place.
Works well and cuts neat after few cuts so far.
