I have enrolled for Edureka 15 days Agentic AI course, this cource is nothing but 5-6 pre written AI agent scripts that trainer explain online, they don't teach anything relevant to AI or Agentic AI. It is just westage of time and money.

My experience with Edureka has been very disappointing. Their service quality drops completely once the course is completed. During enrollment, they promise job assistance, support, and guidance, but none of that is actually delivered.

After completing the course:

There is no proper job assistance.

Support becomes completely unresponsive.

The promises made during sales are not fulfilled.

They are very active until you pay, but after that, students are mostly on their own. I would not recommend Edureka to anyone who is expecting real support, guidance, or job assistance after course completion.

It was a mistake filling my real mobile number ! once i provided it, they started to spam my phone with plenty calls from different international numbers multi times a day! the 1st few calls i explicitly informed them to keep the communication only via emails and asked them to delete my phone number from their database, but that was useless! then i had to block all their calling numbers. they seemed very desperate looking for students! which was a red flag for me, I don't think I'll take any courses with them.

Edureka is one of the worst education provider in India. I have paid $1000+ multiple batches but they are not able to provide me batches for the last many years.

They make false promises and mis-sell the courses. they promoted life time membership that learner can attend / request any future batch for the technology enrolled for.

They are always make false promises to fetch more money but always FAIL TO PROVIDE LIVE BATCHES.

Later they offer recordings of some batch completed years ago with no quality & coverage.

Be careful and don't waste your money.

I registered for Agentic AI course. In a matter of 3 weeks, they changed 3 instructors and the continuity is completely lost. No response to escalations.
If a person with more than couple decades of IT experience is feeling this, I pity the freshers. I have taken many online courses with other vendors and this is the worst experience I have had. The batch size is 100+ and they bet on 50% of the students dropping out after the first few classes. This statement was repeated by all 3 instructors. It is like the overbooking on flights and betting on cancellations so the flight will have full booking.

Tried contacting the representatives who marketed the product and signed me up for the course. After the payment is done, they are not reachable. I have politely sent multiple emails to the team, and no response. Called their helpline and the person on the other end promises to callback with a resolution and no one does

Very shady business. I would not recommend this business at all.

I bought the course, reviewed it for less than an hour only to find that the workbook is not included. So I attempted a refund but was refused because I have watched too much of the 120hr long course!!

I am EST time zone and paid for a LIVE PGP course. However after sign up, I was told there is no class for the time I was told during sign up. Instead I was assigned to a wrong class. After spending 10 weeks in that class I was told I have missed the actual module I signed up for. Now I am left with no choice but to go through the recordings and catch up. I paid for LIVE class and now left with no assistance but to deal with what I have. Very disappointed that I wasted so much money, time and effort for this.

This company is now run by goons & scammers. Their job is to cold call candidates and get them signed up for their courses. Then do not give access to the live classes. I paid £184 for the AI certification courses starting from 25th October 2025. I never got access to the live course. I never got any link to join the live course. They have a sales team and the person whom I was co ordinating with is named Mehboob Pasha. He took the money from me and never help me to get access to the live course. I raised several tickets and got a response from support called Tanveer Mirajamadar who only gave vague answers but always failed to assign me to live course. I can only get access to a previously recorded classes. I contacted a few more people like priu etc but none of them helped me. I wish I can get a phone number from India where I can complain about these cheats. Guys please do not take any classes from them and do not pay them anything.

Paid $1,600 for Training + Exam Vouchers — No Vouchers Provided and No Response

I enrolled in CompTIA Security+ and CEH courses from Edureka for $1,600, which clearly included training + exam vouchers and lifetime access, as confirmed in writing by their sales team.

After completing my studies, I reached out for my exam vouchers — but Edureka refused to provide them and instead offered only a $300 refund.

Their support system is extremely poor — there’s no phone or email contact, only a ticket system that remains unanswered for weeks.

This is not the level of professionalism expected from a global training provider. Other platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or Simplilearn handle customer issues quickly and transparently, something Edureka needs to learn from.

I’m sharing this review so others are aware before enrolling. I still hope Edureka will review this case seriously and deliver the promised vouchers or refund the full amount.

🚫 Disappointed with Edureka’s “Instructor-Led” Courses — Misleading Experience!

I joined an Edureka “live instructor-led” course on AI/ML expecting real-time interaction and personalized learning. Unfortunately, that’s far from reality. The sessions had 150+ students, making it impossible to interact or ask questions. It ended up feeling just like watching on-demand recorded videos.

To make matters worse, there’s no refund policy, even when the experience doesn’t match what’s promised. The counselor was extremely responsive before payment but completely disappeared afterward — typical sales behavior!

Overall, I’d say Edureka’s instructor-led course is overhyped and disappointing. If you’re looking for genuine engagement and quality mentorship, look elsewhere.

They’ll change/cancel the trainings with no notice.

They upsell more courses once they have your contact details.

Customer service is very pushy and won’t leave you alone.

I kept requesting their sales guys to respect my privacy and stop calling me /chasing me to purchase more courses but they don’t care and are rude.

Im yet to start my actual course so can’t comment on the teaching staff. The instructor from the orientation sounded reasonable though.

After purchase zero support. no mentor session given. Refused refund request. Be aware of fraud organization

I’ve asked Edureka more than ten times to remove me from their call and email lists. Despite clear opt-out requests, they keep contacting me (calls, emails, even WhatsApp), sometimes at inconvenient hours. This disregard for customer preference and privacy is unacceptable. I’m not interested in their trainings—please remove me from all contact lists.

The Agentic AI course is wonderful. I feel that this course is worth your time. The instructor is very knowledgeable and they provide project and demos that will actually help you learn AI Agents

Edureka team are fraudsters. After paying GBP 800 for a PGP course in DevOps they disabled my acccount till date. They are only for India student in india who could sue them from india.

I had paid for 10 course deal, now after 2 courses when i try to book further. it is asking for more money. this is ridiculous. i tried to reachout via ticket and also call, no response or just saying thats how it is.

Lifetime Access: Learners get lifetime access to course materials, which allows them to revisit and review the content anytime. This is particularly beneficial for continuous learning and reference.

PUBLIC WARNING REGARDING EDUREKA
On 20 June 2025, I enrolled in one of Edureka’s programs and paid the full course fee upfront via credit card. Despite this, on 18 or 19 June 2025, I received an email from Edureka stating that they would deduct another payment from my account on 20 July 2025. Without my explicit consent, they had apparently set up an automatic deduction/direct debit arrangement.
I immediately contacted Edureka to clarify that no further funds should be withdrawn from my account. However, they still deducted the amount on 20 July 2025. Since then, I have been in continuous communication with them, requesting both a refund and the cancellation of any further withdrawals.
Today, 13 August 2025, I received the following disappointing response from Edureka:
“Greetings from Edureka!
We regret to inform you that we could not find any discrepancies as mentioned. The course details were properly discussed before your enrollment. As your request does not fall under our policy, we are unable to accommodate a refund or fee adjustment.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you one additional complimentary live course.

They have refused to refund my money and are instead trying to push an unwanted course on me. Even worse, they have not confirmed whether another deduction will be made on 20 August 2025.
I have since discovered multiple negative reviews from others facing similar refund-related issues with this India-based firm. I am sharing my experience to warn the public before I take further action.

Do not join especially the courses on Agentic AI , there are multiple instructors and very few of them know the content , also there are sales agents on what’s app who will try convince you to join an offer a three day cancellation policy , the cancellation policy is a support ticket and they will not honour the cancellation , also the classes do not have any chat meaning you cannot share messages with fellow learners , the instructor does not even expose his/her linked in profile to reveal credentials
