Customer serviced refuses to refund and offers you a 15% refund. Then stops responding all together. You are throwing away your money if you buy from this website.

Ordered organic cotton sweaters, received 100% polyester

Ordered organic cotton, received 100% polyester. back and force emails with Anna, resulting in nothing. Told me to send it back for $50 US to China ( a deterrent ) all this BS, so here is what I did: Visa code 13.5 ( Misrepresentation) a chargeback code used when cardholder claims the merchant misrepresents terms of sale or nature of product.. which this company clearly did! More: 1.phone # given located in Uk which is international and we as the consumer are burdened with cell phone charges to resolve disputes…2. they request labels need to be attached for a refund.. the only label attached was the 100% polyester label..3. Merchandise needs to be returned to China with a hefty mailing charge…4. Misleading, because they’re stating it ships from the US, which is not true because my delayed order(due to Chinese Year) was mailed from China…5. I am still waiting on my at no cost to return shipping label, I requested it twice now, nothing. I told Anna, I am not paying for a return for faulty, misrepresented merchandise . I could go on and on…DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a fraud! Further, we are getting ripped off by foreign companies ( they have an address in England)on an ongoing basis. Any legit company would have a US return address.Their web-site is beautifully done , but don’t be fooled. So, I contested the charges with my Visa; my next step will be to report them to the Federal Trade Comission which deals with international fraud, I am sick and tired getting ripped off.

Compete garbage. I paid $40 for sunglasses that haven’t arrived 2 weeks later. Shipping updates may take 10 days or more. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Avoid these people

Jumper arrive after an extremely long wait ,but the sizing was so wrong. Way too smal.
returned it .six months later, yes 6, my refund has not arrived.
Anna Davis seems to be a constant name that is used in most of the replies.

Do not buy from these people.

I would not even rate them. It’s a scam. Don’t order . I paid over €100 for an order which never arrived. This was the 2nd reply from customer service. 2 months and still ongoing.

PLEASE do not order . This company is fraudulent.

This was my 3rd email to customer service. There response r below.

I am disappointed with this response. I have already checked with my neighbors and visited the main postal sorting office in East Wall; they have no record of the package.

I placed this order in good faith and have fulfilled my obligation by paying for the items. As the seller, the responsibility for delivery lies with you. You contracted the courier, and my purchase constitutes a binding contract for the receipt of goods. You cannot decline responsibility simply because a carrier marked the item as delivered when it has not been received.

I expect you to resolve this matter immediately by either resending the order or issuing a full refund.

Total Shame.....Waited 6 weeks for the…

Total Shame.....Waited 6 weeks for the product and when it finally arrived it was defective and the biggest piece of poor quality clothing I have ever seen. I worked with them to return the Defective Product and all they offered was 15% refund. Total fraud stay away from these guys!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered boots,, it took several weeks for them to arrive. To make it worst,, I ordered size 11 (US),, they are at least one size too small. I waited weeks to be completely disappointed and I can't even wear them!!! Well never order anything from them again!

Do NOT order from this company. DNS is registered in Canada; phone number is British, but returns are often being sent to China.

The company claims they have a hassle-free return policy, but when you actually try to return an item (including an item that was completely misrepresented on their site), they will tell you it will cost $50 or more to send the item back. They try to get you to accept a small discount instead. This is, I'm pretty sure, their business model. These are cheap, poorly made items being sent by a Chinese fraud/scam artist. BEWARE.

My daughter ordered one … label said 100% polyester
Finally company admitted mine not organic cotton or cashmere … but polyester blend !
Totally dishonest in every way 🤬

THE MERCHANDISE IS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ON THEIR WEBSITE I ordered a sweater in small and they sent me a XXXL
Shipping was $6.99. plus a $6.00 “Tip” !! They told me in order to return the item I would I have to pay $40-$50. In return fees.
Other option, keep the item and they will give me back 15% refund. Fortunately, this was an
Inexpensive item. Which I will donate. This is the second time I’ve been scammed by a company from China. No more. They pretend they are a company in England. Save your money.

Toxic Denim Jacket

I bought a denim jacket that must have been manufactured using noxious chemicals. Despite washing many times, soaking in vinegar and other suggested ways, and letting it sit in my shed for months, every time I get near the jacket
my eyes burn. This is no exaggeration. I really wanted to make it work (because I hate waste), and for months tried to rinse, wash, and soak the chemicals out. After 9 months, I give up.

Do not use this company, I wish i looked online before ordering on instagram 🤣 just don’t waste your money as the stuff is terrible and you get no chance of a refund!

They should NOT have 1 star!

They charged for shipping but sent the item postage due. When the mail carrier sent the item back to them, they said that I was not eligible for a refund, since I hadn't actually returned the item (I never received it!). But they also refuse to pay the postage and ship the merchandise. Strung me along for six months before admitting that they are just keeping my money and sending nothing.

Terrible cheaters

Terrible cheaters one more time.
Pretending to be English while Chinese and very bad service along with waiting for a very long time to receive the order.
They should be banned and consider this a serious warning to all those who intend to buy from them!

Scam company

I received my item 5 months ago. I don’t liked the quality. So I returned the item and payed the return shipping cost. Now 5 months later I still have not received my money back.

Comes out of China

Copy of out of China. They sent the wrong product and have minimal customer service. They sent a 4X which fits like a medium or large. Took more than a month to come. Buyer beware!
