Update: I ordered an item and all I had delivered was an empty bag with some bubble wrap in it, nothing else. I tried to resolve the issue with Frasers to no avail.
I then complained to credit card company provided my evidence of communication with Frasers and they have refunded me the full amount. So if you are having trouble with refunds go through your card issuer and open up a case. Avoid this company.
Useless packaging
Price of goods were good. However, condition of the items were bad. They were boxed actions figures that were packaged in the post using a thin plastic bag, only suitable for clothing, when they should have been put in a box. Needless to say the items were crumpled. Pretty poor standard of customer service, recommend to avoid if you collect action figures. They also included a free sportsdirect mug which I didn't ask for, which was heavy and likely crushed the other items in the bag. The mug will be going in the bin because I know charity shops don't want them.
I haven’t received my order
I haven’t received my order, even though the company insists it was delivered. I acknowledge that I didn’t include my house number on the order, but they’re relying on a photo as proof of delivery, which they claim shows me receiving it. However, I have never received the item. When I requested GPS evidence to confirm the delivery location, they were unable to provide it. Despite this, they refuse to replace the order. This situation feels completely unfair, how are they allowed to get away with this? Something needs to be done!!
Frasers lack customer service
Awful company that has totally forgotten about customer service, dont bother trying to complain when you're owed a refund - they won't listen and won't act.

Came into store yesterday to buy an eyebrow pencil. I got home and opened the bag and the member of staff has not put the pencil in the bag! I have been trying for over 2 hours to call this store and to no avail can I in any way reach an operative. I have them used the email correspondence via their official site, and my email has bounced and said it's an invalid address. Don't bother using this store, go to boots or order offline if you're unlucky enough to try and go shopping in Wolverhampton.
Ordered 2 pair of overalls
Ordered 2 pair of overalls. Size 40. Assumed they were standard 40 as the listing didn't say otherwise. Well they fit. But I'm not a giraffe. Covertly selling long legged items by not quoting the leg size. Thats how to het rid of stuff you wouldn't otherwise be able to sell. They were cheap do not worth returning or paying to get leg length altered. I'll try to sell them on, but I don't know any stilt walkers.

Bought a pack of Moschino underwear, they were faulty, the finishing stitches and the labels were on the hip, they would definately bother at wearing time, even harm after a long wearing time, contacted customer service called Nurul and he completly dismissed the fault saying this is how they are even though I've had 30 pairs so far and I know, He did not care about helping or pass me to a manager, he laughed in my face and ended the chat where I had waited for more then an hour for help. Will return at my own cost and never buy from them again. Stay away !!!! Worse experience ever !!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers need to be aware of my recent experience with Frasers Plus.
I made my payment before the due date and have clear evidence confirming this. Despite this, interest was added to my account and it was placed on hold. I then had to go through multiple email exchanges with different representatives, repeatedly explaining the situation and re-sending proof of payment.
It took around 7 days for my issue to be properly acknowledged. Eventually, I was told that the interest had been removed - which confirms the error - yet my account is still on hold with no clear explanation as to why.
What makes this more frustrating is that their app does not clearly provide account details or straightforward payment facilities. In this day and age, customers should be able to access payment information instantly. A lack of clear payment options only increases the risk of confusion and accounts being wrongly pushed into arrears.
The whole process has been stressful, time-consuming, and poorly handled. If you use this service, I strongly recommend keeping detailed proof of all payments and communications.

Avoid at all costs….
My online Flannels Emporio Armani jacket was worn for one month by my 11 year old Son. The zip came off and I could not see why as the zip line was in perfect order. I returned it to Flannels for either a replacement or a refund and what I got was “we have inspected it and have deemed it’s not a manufacturing fault but caused by an external factor”. Sorry but what does this even mean. The zip line is as new so it’s clearly not been forced in any way.
When I replied somebody else appeared to want to help (although it could have been a chat bot). Asking me again to confirm my billing address? I did in good faith, albeit a little exasperated. They then replied and gave me the same answer!!
Sorry but what kind of service is this? Don’t order from any company brought out by Frasers. Find the products in Selfridges or anywhere else where your consumer rights will be upheld.
I had a similar experience with some furniture I brought last year. All faulty and manufactured terribly. I will never buy anything either directly or indirectly from this company because they simply do not care when there is an issue.
I know what cashmere is
I know what cashmere is, and this 3/4 zip was NOT cashmere. Not only that, there was no label with washing instructions, fabric content, place of manufacture etc. Guess why. Because it probably isn’t even wool. Thinking polyester. I asked for a refund, sent photos, etc. and they gave me 15% back. Buyer beware!
The most ridiculous 'customer experience' policy / lack of support I've encountered
Shame, having to write this to escalate a serious quality issue with a wardrobe ('Jack Wills Lancaster 4 Drawer Wardrobe Combi Unit). During assembly, the pre-installed plastic lugs for the hinges ripped out of the chipboard immediately. Even with the addition of hinge repair plates, the unit is so poorly manufactured that the doors will not align and rub against the frame... They're actually so warped, the door 'levers' the wardrobe apart. The standard "returns" process in this situation is frankly absurd. Expecting a customer to spend a full day dismantling a damaged, heavy unit and somehow repackaging it into three massive, damaged boxes to be shipped back...only for it to be thrown in a skip at the warehouse... is a logistical and environmental disgrace.
I am requesting a senior customer service representative to contact me immediately with a sensible resolution that doesn't involve me doing hours of manual labour to return a load of fire wood.

Scammed
If I could give zero stars i would. I purchased a hugo boss bracelet but was posted an empty box. I filed a complaint immediately and after some time I was informed that they couldn't do anything as supposedly they completed a quality check. I call Bull. I think there's either a scam amongst the staff or the shop itself has zero quality control.
Non-existent customer service (and missing refund)
Ordered item on-line but was of very poor quality and so I returned it in December (after paying an additional £4.95 for the privilege) but still no refund. The worst thing is that their 'contact' web page is a joke and only contains some multiple-choice questions, but no actual contact address or form to make any complaint. Avoid like the plague.
