Delivery on time.
Tried calling them few times but no one answered . Not happy about the phone but ordered on line .

My initial order was dealt with evry quickly and arrived as advised. Once installed it was evident one part of the order was faulty -it was very easy to contact eFans and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Straight forward purchase by the company. But the second party wholesaler who actually supplied unit and organised delivery were not as efficient they did not provide any tracking information although the item was delivered promptly although I had no idea when this was going to be. But I cannot blame efans for this or review would be 2 star

After researching how I could eradicate or at least help with my damp and mould problem in my property I came across the PIV vent. I found efans online as a supplier of the vent I needed, the pozidry compact pro..Before purchasing I called them and spoke to someone in the technical department and explained my problem and they confirmed this vent would help. I purchased to install myself which was fairly straight forward for me. I’m a heating engineer and used to drilling core holes and also electrics. I did however struggle with the commissioning of the unit, but a quick call back to efans tech department and with their help it was up and running in no time. I’m not just saying it but this fan has changed mine and my families life as within a few days our humidity levels dropped from late 60s sometimes up to 80 down to 40-50 max across the whole of my property. We live in a ground floor maisonette. We have no more wet windows and no mould growth which we was consistently having to clean. The fan has been installed for 10 months now, I’ve changed the filter once so far as I noticed levels starting to creep up, I also check and clean the fly vent on the outside grill regularly. All in a great bit of kit so far. Can not recommend enough.
