I’ve been working with Effortless Swimming for about a year now and have seen a really meaningful improvement in my swimming.

Over that time I’ve improved my pace by more than 15 seconds per 100m, which has been a significant step forward for me. More importantly, my stroke now feels much more controlled, efficient and sustainable—especially in open water and race conditions.

What I’ve found most valuable is the clarity of the coaching. The feedback is always concise, practical and easy to apply, with simple cues that translate directly into the water.

I’ve also noticed that the improvements aren’t just about speed, but about consistency and confidence—being able to hold form over longer distances and under fatigue.

Overall, I’ve found the coaching to be extremely effective and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their swimming in a structured and practical way.

Effortless swimming run by highly qualified coaches, who themselves were excellent elite swimmers, is a fantastic program that has helped me to make a dramatic improvement in my technique which in turn has shaved minutes off my 1kilometre time. The program is suited to all swimmers from novices to elite swimmers. Brenton, Tamsynne and the team really understand the mechanics of swimming and how certain drills get you swimming faster with less effort. It also benefits people who have time constraints and can’t commit to a regular time every day. You can train when it suits you. it is like having your own personal coach. Would thoroughly recommend this program.

Video analysis is a standout, and Brenton and Tasmynne provide clear, helpful guidance that removes any doubts.

I first became aware of Effortless swimming from seeing Brenton’s adds on Facebook. I applied the tip he gave in the first one I saw and it made sense so I felt some improvement.
I then signed up for the online five week Catch video and found it very helpful. The I saw Brenton was running a swim improvement session in Queenstown New Zealand and I decided to attend. I talked my friend into to also going. We did covered various aspects that Brenton covered along with some other swimmers from various locations and swam for some time. Then Brenton videoed us individually both from on top of the water and then beneath it. Within a week we had our review of our swim with suggestions for improvement. I was so impressed I joined up as a member so I could have monthly videos reviewed. I also use the drills library and engage with other members thru the site. Somewhere along the line, Tasmynne came on board and she does video reviews as well. Sometimes I get a bit frustrated with not understanding the change that is suggested regarding my stroke but as well as the monthly review I’m encouraged to message back and outline my difficulty and usually get a reply within 24 hours from Tasmynne and it’s always helpful. I would love for them to come back to New Zealand though, and be critiqued and helped in real time. One day I will go to an Australian clinic. In the meantime I love the challenge of improving and enjoy my swimming so much more since I have been in this programme. Brenton and Tasman are so motivating and so real.it was lovely to meet and work with Brenton as he is so nice and treats everyone on a level platform. Tasmynne , although I haven’t personally met her, is also lovely and very helpful. When I mentioned I was swimming in a particular event Tasmynne messaged me before and after the event wishing me a good swim and asking how it went afterwards. I believe I get great value from this programme. I have a small group of Masters swimmers in my town that I swim with and they enjoy the lessons I pass on from my learning. Effortless Swimming gave me the skills and confidence I needed to progress--and continues to do so! Twenty years ago, when I was in my thirties, a masters coach gave up on me, telling me he didn't know what to do with me since I hadn't grown up swimming. So I quit trying to learn to swim, and went back to cross-country skiing, running and biking.

But two years ago I decided to try to learn how to swim again, because swimming seemed like a great way to cross-train and prevent injuries as I get older. Luckily, I found Effortless Swimming online! The videos and lessons and workouts in the 8-Week Faster Freestyle course are tailored to adult learners like me. They are supportive and helpful and give specific tips that make a huge difference. These online lessons gave me the confidence to sign up for a (new) in-person masters swimming program, and then to try out some Effortless Swimming camps! I have gotten so much out of the video analysis and my swimming has become so much more enjoyable. Plus, it's a great way to travel to amazing places and meet like-minded people!

I have been swimming for 20 years. In those 20 years I have taken several lessons, bought technical goggles, spent hours doing laps in the pool, and received lots of advice without results. Finally with the help of effortless swimming I see results. The swim analysis is so helpful. They break down what you doing well & drill to fix problems. There are live group video chats to ask questions. Instruction videos are always available to help improve some of my weaknesses. Effortless swimming offers many different options for instruction & compared to other programs it is very reasonable.

Effortless Swimming sessions and coaching has enabled me to make substantial improvements in my swim stroke. In the swim video sessions the coaches analyze your stroke, giving you personalized feedback. The coaches are very accessible and the workouts improved my swimming by making me not only faster but more efficient. I was able to lower my times while expending less energy by using a more effective stroke. My goal was to improve my swim times for the swim portion of standard distance triathlons and I certainly feel like I did this with the help of Brenton and Tasmynne.  The Effortless Swimming membership would benefit all levels of swimmers and I highly recommend their coaching.

I ordered the wrong goggles and sent an email asking if I could change the model. I immediately got a notification that my order has been processed. Diana Marie replied and mentioned she'll try to reach out to the warehouse team even if the order has been packed and has a tracking number.

To my surprise she managed to change the order and I received the goggles I initially wanted in no time!

The Strike Swim goggles are so comfortable, did not leak or fog! I was worried the ads were too good to be true but it's safe to say these will be my race day goggles!

Googles are so clear I could read my Apple Watch lengths without taking off googles. Absolute game changer. Ordered several more pairs immediately

I love their swimming googles. Best in the game. It is literally what Brenton says about, anti fog googles. For the first time in my life i've had fogless googles through full swim this morning! Never thought that possible at all!!

Excellent tutorials led to the purchase of a Superb product in a pair of very cool goggles, this coupled with Outstanding customer service made it must to review. Made an error on shipping costs from ES when buying the best anti-fog goggles ever owned,- this was sorted very quickly without fuss or bother by a very understanding Diana. Can't rate this company highly enough. Will absolutely buy more from these guys in the near future and recommend, and am still following their tutorials. A1 experience all round. Very many thanks again.
