EGR Auto Avis 

I ordered a Ford Ranger Tonneau cross bar on the 7/07 and I am still waiting I sent an email 2 weeks ago and got a response you didn't have them in stock and I had to wait until you received them on the 15/08 I would not have ordered them had your website told me there was going to be over a month long delay in receiving the item.
Update 19/08/2024 - Still havent received the item!

The pictures on the internet are deceiving and misleading

Great service and advice highly recommended and will definitely recommend and use again .

I purchased a second hand premium canopy for my 2023 Dmax.
I needed several vehicle wire looms (Vehicle/Cabin patch harness LOOM0209, LOOM0204 & LOOM0208) prior to fitment of the canopy.
Don't expect the information you receive back from EGR to be correct. Even if they get back to you.
They tell you the parts to buy but they don't sell them, you have to by the parts from Isuzu at a premium price. Wait for it Isuzu don't sell all the parts.
It is so frustrating communicating with EGR.

New Gen3 canopy arrived as planned and was installed in less than a day.
A great product

Have had a canopy of theirs for 5 years now, feel like they make a solid and stylish canopy, but its let down by using cheap crappy fasteners and struts, also the powder coating on the roof rails all fell off. Also have had the central locking fixed multiple times as the actuators failed 3 times.

Took my money then told me they had no stock, no follow up contact or updates. Still waiting after 4 weeks

We are travelling around Australia at present.
I’m in Queensland I had a EGR canopy
Put on my 8 months old next gen Amarok it looks great. Two days on and 300 kms away to our next stop while unhinging the caravan I notice the brake lights on the canopy was not working but overall I’m happy with the look and the colour a big thank you to EGR and to the garage Miami for a excellent job

Still waiting to hear back about an item I returned two weeks ago.

Bad customer service
I was told item was in stock I placed an order then 2 days later I was told it's a 3 week wait.
Was called names and hung up on
And then the lady felt bad and pulled an order from another batch Becuase I assume she came to the realisation that she wasn't professional.
She then emailed me and apologised for the way she acted.

The product itself is good
But the process of acquiring was a headache.

I appreciate that she made an apology however during the time I was veryy annoyed

phone calls of its in production this is week 3 weeks of in production still same excuse very disappointed on how im brushed off with its in production

All information to make selection was on web site. Ordering was easy and delivery time excellent. Product came with good instructions and fitted perfectly with no alterations required.

Package was late. EGR managed to expedite its delivery.
A job done well
