You guys delayed the product after the payment, and even then, I found out that you gave me another product I did not ask for, that was after redeeming the code. How annoying. Upon complaining you refunded 10% of the product's price back, which is 19 EGP... Are you kidding me?
I guess I will never deal with you again.

Hello, We didn't delay in delivering the code as this is your first order and your payment must be verified with the bank which take time for your case it take about half an hour not days or weeks and this is written on our terms and conditions terms and above item description may be you missed reading it. regarding the code yes you receive PS plus instead of PS now and as explained it's a API system multifaction which rarely happen also we was trying to replace it for you but you use it so we didn't understand why you use it if it is a wrong item so we offered a compensation. Hope this make it more clear

You used to be one of the best gaming stores in Egypt !
But Now I can't find most of my gaming needs at your online store
You don't get special editions anymore.
You don't have latest games on time.
You don't have PS4 controllers
No Nintendo switch games ...etc

Hello Mina, Price fluctuation due to custom restrictions or vendors higher prices due to the shortage of the manufacturing production have no relation for a 1 star review of our services this is completely different things. whatever our PS5 consoles latest price on the website was 14400 LE which is the lowest price on the market take into consideration that official price inside the country including tax and customs is higher than this.
Update 1: This is because the item is sold-out and waiting restocking as we didn't restock it from around 3 month because of the fluctuation in it's price, here it's the link of the item.

still this is a country prices fluctuation and manufacturer production issue and has no relation of rating our EgyNewTech.com services !??
