We are sorry to hear that, but email sent only one time and reminder after one day and if you don't wish to receive it in future orders you can unsubscribe instead of giving bad rating as rating here is for the service not for the emails sent.

Hello Baher, thanks for your feedback and we are really sorry to hear that you have a concern on our services; I checked your account and found 3 orders for you one in 2016 and another one in 2018 and both are delivered and completed and seems with satisfactions. the third one was in 2019 and you order it on 21-06 and delivery attempted was at 22-06 but the order is canceled by you next day upon your request. so delivering a physical item next day is a world class delivery like leading companies in the globe. so may be there is a misunderstanding as almost all our reviews is 4-5 star so if you have any issue or delay in any kind of our services simply call us or shoot us an email and all your problems will be solved.
Fast and very trustful
