Hello Omar, As replied by email what's the relation between reward point and digital code you bought.
You bought €50 Netherlands iTunes Gift Card - Digital Code and code added to your download section. simply login on our website then navigate to account then my download section then download the text file which contain your code of €50 Netherlands iTunes Gift Card - Digital Code.
regarding reward points this is a complementary points added to our customers with each order for a discount in next order we are not selling reward points and you didn't buy reward points you bought iTunes code and it's delivered to you in your download section and we give you this reward points as extra discount so please download the iTunes code and redeem it on your phone reward points is something else.
for any more explanation you can call us or whatsapp on +201010211119

thanks for your review, I checked your order and found that you pay with a bank transfer, and it's clearly mentioned on the website and in our terms and conditions that bank transfer is not an automatic payment method and must be verified and approved by accounting department from 15 to 90 min and also we found that you received the code in 60 min.
so nothing delayed than what is written in the terms and conditions you accept it while placing your order and this is also explained to you when you placed your order so maybe you missed to read the notes of bank transfer.
instant delivery is for instant items also written on the product page and when pay with credit card and for regular verified customers. new customers still need security check to avoid fraudulent activities.
