Hello, I checked your order and found that your bank decline the payment, so the decline is coming from your Issuer bank not from our side. Please use another card with 3D secure or get in contact with your bank. and this mean you didn't get any code from our company to complain you can't activate it. you already didn't buy anything from our website.
Dobrý deň, skontroloval som vašu objednávku a zistil som, že vaša banka odmieta platbu, takže odmietnutie pochádza z vašej banky vydavateľa, nie z našej strany.

Hello and thanks for your review we will take it into our consideration - just note that our local prices is not calculated depending on the face value of the item or bank markup fees for foreign currencies it depend on the cost price of the item so for example current bank USD rate is 50.9 EGP if you add the 5% markup fees to it then 1 USD = 53.44 EGP
so for example $10 USA PSN we sell it @ 530 EGP this is lower than the official bank price
and for $10 UAE PSN we sell it @ 560 EGP which is slightly higher than official bank foreign exchange with around 0.6 USD - both items are $10 but this difference in prices because of cost price of each item not because bank exchange rate as banks don't provide foreign currencies
So if you like you can convert website currency to USD and place your orders in USD to avoid conversion confusion and in both cases we are among cheapest prices locally.

Thanks Moustafa for the 5 stars and for your feedback which will take it into consideration for sure, just noting that it's written above checkout bottom that delivery is 15-90 min inside working hours. may you just note the image label only.
and sorry for any inconvenience may that cause to you and we are doing our best to make all items instant delivery with automatic delivery at any time.
Terrible Service
I tried to purchase a virtual visa card multiple times, but each time I received a refund without explanation. The website did not mention any cards being sold out. I tried to purchase at least three times before giving up because each time I received a refund without a reason. I also tried contacting them, but I received no response.

As replied to your previews 1 star review, we can't accept and verify your PayPal payment as you are so aggressive and didn't read the full terms and conditions and keep making disputes after 30 min of your order.
Again your PayPal account is not verified and we can't process your PayPal payment. you can use another payment method we had a lot of payment methods.
noting that keep giving multiple one star review will not change our security check policy for new accounts like yours.
For getting in contact, we didn't receive any trials from your side to get in contact and we always send notifications emails to customer with each order status update and for your case we send to you by emails and by PayPal messages to your account and by whats' app.
you can reach us daily for fast communications by whats' app on the following number +201010211119 from 9 AM to 9 PM GMT and by email to sales@egynewtech.com ( email replies take 48 hours or more )

Hello Mohamed, As explained on the whats app that this is your first order which you placed 5:30 AM and no one is available at that time to confirm or review your account and payment.
and this is clearly mentioned on the product page beside the product image and while you checkout and on our Terms and conditions.
Also your code added to your account at 09:56 AM once payment confirmed and before you gave this review !?
