Paid for lifetime. Now I see a message that my subscription ended 2 months ago (after 3 years). It's a scam. At the time of payment there was no time limitation mentioned by the site.

Used to be my go to for movies. But its a big SCAM Website. Paid for my premium and all the movies take super long to load. It was fine first year, and back to garbage. BIG SCAM.

Stop promoting your premium membership .... I recently got a message saying I am put in queue and the average wait time is 1352239977555546Hr,8min. Do you even know how many years that would be. Totally dumb. I have a screenshot of the message but no option to paste it here.

Same experience as others paid for lifetime access but account got deactivated without any prior notice. I will be sending an official notice to their address

The lifetime or any paid membership ends abruptly. I thought they were genuine but now firmly believe that they mostly source pirated content. They lack honour and ethics, avoid them.

It’s not a huge amount of money but the principle. I’m filing a complaint with the FTC. Will update on here if I hear anything back from them. Unethical business practice.

They are just a big group of thiefs and they said just pay about 25 dollar for life time use and when u paid then it wil work for temporary time and then allways says pay again for premuim .
Never believe it pliz .

Pros: quick releases.
Cons: POOR quality - maximum 480p resolution, heavily compressed, just terrible ux, player sucks, no "continue watching" field, no apps for TV nor phone, different languages are completely separated and not part of one big library, no integrations with other services like imdb or letterboxd, pro plan

I have same experience , I paid 3 years ago and they promised its life time now they asking me to pay again.

This is completely fraud, can we file fraud case so their website make down... this is scam,

I am thinking to file some fraud case so they dont dare to do again with anyone. else customer get looted and fool by such kind of companies.

I have netfliex and amazon and very happy we rearely use this one but still paid $25 but they are farud.

Can i rate them "Zero". Their service is so bad, the only message i receive is "Our servers are maxed out". If you are lucky, you will get access to their portal, but then you have to wait for the unlimited advertisements to run its full course, which in my experience has been upto 15-30 minutes.

They are not a monopoly and hence i wonder why they have a death wish.

Users please switch to other websites.

This is a scam. They sold me lifetime membership and now they ended it arbitrarily. This is like plain stealing. Refund my original money in today's value, if you are not able to stand by your commitment. No one should purchase any membership from them. They are big time scammers. Why offer lifetime membership if you are going to stop and revoke it without any warning or permission. Why do you take people's hard earned monies and scam them so openly. You should be investigated for fraud and you should be liable to give the lifetime membership to everyone that was sold that lifetime subscription. Lifetime means lifetime. There is no where it said that after few years we might stop it even and expire it even though it is lifetime. I think Jail time should be in the cards for the folks that are scamming innocent folks so openly. Hope we can do a class action lawsuit and take the scammers for every penny they own.

While watching and enjoying the movie was interupted by the advertisement. What im trying to sau is previous advertise was fine nt that much long but for the month of November was so annoying with the deepavali advertising..for soooooo long what the hell .usually the advetrtise took abt just less than 5 mins. Please this is unacceptable just because diwali ur advertising gets irritating and unconsiderate

They terminated the lifetime paid membership without any notice and now charging additional $25 for 3 years. Beware of their scam!!!

Had this account for 9 years and apparently my premium membership expired 4 weeks ago! Now we have to pay $25 every 3 years?! Why?! Keep the ones that have the premium before they apparently changed it! This was the best and I can’t even watch it today without ads which I had been happy without. Such bull

This is a fraud streaming company offered life time subscription 3 years back for $25 for Indian filims and contents . Now they terminated every account after 3 years subscription, when emailed customer service they responded back saying policy has changed how can they change it middle of no where or any notice . Now they are famous they are doing this to their loyal customer such a shame !!
