As a charity the price was tailored for us, the support was great throughout and they made the process easy

We needed Cyber Essentials for an enterprise buyer and had about a week to get it. Other providers offered a call the following week. EJN Labs replied straight away with a rough estimate and the questions they needed answered, so we were ready from the first meeting. They were also honest about whether the deadline was realistic, which mattered because the certification was one part of a bigger piece of work.

We met our assessor before anything started and went for the assisted option, and that made the difference. When I was stuck on a question I'd ask, move on to another one, and get an answer quickly (one of them was answered at 10pm). He gave feedback on my first draft almost as soon as I sent it. I couldn't have finished it that fast without that level of help.

We were certified in time for our deadline. We also now have the good practice we already followed written down as policy, which gives new joiners a clear baseline. EJN Labs will be our first call for future security work.

We engaged EJN Labs to penetration test the API and database behind our platform before our first client went live. The process was well run from start to finish - a clear testing authorisation up front, the test completed in the agreed week, and a report that was prioritised and written so that fixes could start the same day. Every finding was retested and confirmed closed, which gave us something concrete to show a client's IT team rather than a promise. As a young company selling to larger organisations, an independent CREST member's report has been worth far more than its cost. Responsive and straightforward throughout. I would use them again.

We used EJN Labs for a black box penetration test on our web applications and had a great experience from start to finish.

Nazia was extremely helpful during the proposal stage. She was always available by call and email, and took the time to clearly explain the process and what to expect.

The testing itself was led by Erfan, with Victor carrying out the hands on testing. Communication throughout was excellent, mainly via Slack with quick response times. We also had access to EJN's dashboards, which let us track vulnerabilities in real time as they were found, rather than waiting until the end.

At the end of the engagement we received three detailed reports. EJN also include a free retest once we've resolved the identified vulnerabilities, which is a great touch and shows they're invested in actually helping you fix issues, not just flagging them.

Would definitely recommend EJN Labs for pen testing and will be using them again.
