As a background to this immediate issue, we lost a significant chunk of our direct sales due to the lockdown, but Matt with EKM Response has been instrumental in steering us to becoming a profitable online business, with our EKM emailings as the main thrust of our ongoing sales and our EKM website as the main vehicle for fulfilling sales. Feeling in good hands with the EKM email marketing team, early stages yet but have achieved open rates of 47% & 89% & have been given good advice from Mathew for upcoming campaigns.

Matthew from EKM, handles my email campaigns for Vreeto.com. He fixed all the issues I was having with template setup and collating email data from different lists. So much easier when you have someone there when you get stuck.

It’s called the Pro Plan for a reason - everyone there is a Pro! especially Matthew Murphy who worked with me all the way and helped carry out some significant customisation all very painlessly.
Our business is slightly different to most online fashion outlets in that we are an online “chainstore” with dozens of online web shops and each shop has it’s own unique URL and customer list. We needed to find a way to create a generic email to all customers but customise the link to each shop. Given we currently have 34 online stores it meant in the past we had to send 34 different emails! - but with Matt’s help and his exceptional knowledge of the EKM system we managed to adapt one of the default custom fields allowing us to email all customers with the same content but with a custom link to their own store…saving us hours of work a week!!!.
Matt also built us a custom template in just a few days which is really easy to adapt each time we send out a new campaign, all we have to do is drag and drop the new content each time. Customer response to our new email campaigns has been superb and Matts help and support throughout the whole process is second to none - Great job Matt, thanks! All of the EKM team are brilliant, but in terms of Email Marketing the support I receive from Matthew Murphy is exceptional.
Matthew has helped me design my Spring and Autumn campaigns, his knowledge and insite in this area helps me stay up to date with the latest campaign techniques.
