I was contacted by Wayne who introduced himself as my new accounts manager, he asked questions about the set up of our company and what we did and was happy to go through the marketing set up of our account of which i have never explored as i am not the most computer literate person. Wayne talked me through how to set up a campaign and said that he was happy to assist in new campaigns and confirm correct settings before we send. Wayne explained about the pricing structure and we are happy to remain with the £9.99 package per month until campaigns are sent more regularly. Overall i am very satisfied with the assistance given to me by Wayne who has now given me confidence to send more campaigns.
