Predatory Lending
Predatory lending! The approval process was quick, but unlike their competitors, they do not offer fair payment monthly minimum terms. For a $4,500 short term loan the minimum payments were $303 biweekly, that means $606 per month, and in October I get three paychecks that means $909! What? Insanity, right? I honestly am not that hard up for cash! For those of you that do not have ideal credit please consider your options before falling into a crazy contract that could potentially bankrupt you.

The loan is good and flexible don’t get me wrong. But I recently changed my number and I called them to update it. They are asking me to send my Driver license, Social security card, Bank statement and phone bill to them as a security measure. All that for a phone number change? They make you verify yourself before even talking to someone. That’s the most sketchy stuff to ask for just for a phone number change.

I have been using this obsurd intrest…
I have been using this obsurd intrest company for a while now with no problems, then on September 3rd I made a payoff payment of $2289.66 on the Elastic website, on the next day September 4th Elastic auto drafted my Regular Payment of $118.46. I gave it a couple days and never received a notification of overpayment. On 9/11/26 I called and inquired about my overpayment and the Rep said that because I paid after business hours that I was not due a Refund. There is no possible way that I am not owed this refund for overpaying this loan. I just want what is owed to me, I have severed ties with this company and have my call recording of my conversation regarding the refund, she said that she would have to add a balance of $118.46 back to my account which would end up giving them the right to withdraw from my account if not relsove. I explicitly informed her that I had paid this in full and that I want my account closed and no longer authorize any addtonal payments from my checking account. I Know if you have bad credit but if you have to use a company like this for emegancy money, think long and hard about your decision because you are going to regret it! Basiclly they think that if you give them more money than you owe them that they are not obligated to refund your overpayment. BBB Complaint filed!
