Account Locked and NO Communication
I got approved for a credit line with this company almost a month ago. Needed to change my bank account which I did online but when I logged back in later that same day it signed me out and said to call customer service. I called and a representative told me that I had to fill out an authorization form as well as provide other documents in order to get the bank change verified. Did all of that back on 07/03 and was told to wait 2 business days. We are on day 5 now and still no response. Not sure why it would take so long to look at three documents but have moved on to a different lender so I can use to cover emergency expenses. If something happens to your account do not expect to be helped accordingly.

Account Blocked and Nothing Has Been Done Since
I applied for a credit line and got approved for $3,500 on 06/12. I called on 06/15 to try and get my bank account updated and was told that I could do it myself after making a payment. Made a payment the same day then changed my account on 06/16. Later that day there was a block put on my account due to me updating the bank. On 06/19 I sent in the requested documents and a ticket was put in to get them looked at. Was told it would take up to two business days to look at. Called on 06/23 to check the status and was told it could take longer than two business days by a representative. Called again on 06/25 and was told to resend the same documents again that I sent on the 19th which caused another ticket to be sent out. I am highly disappointed with this lender due to their incompetence and lack of effective service. I have yet to use any of the credit line offered to me because this company is unable to look at a handful of documents and get my account unblocked. Will be looking elsewhere for a loan as a result. If your account ends up getting blocked for some reason don't expect much to be done. Would give 0 stars if I could.
