We needed a policy to pay for our dad's care home fees. From start to finish Eldercare made the process straightforward. Nicky Cave in particular was brilliant at providing information and assistance which helped us pick a policy that we considered best for our circumstances. Thus the 5 star rating.

Roger, Tracy and Nicky were highly informative and supportive in helping find the right care annuity for my father. They made the process easy and understandable and were great at setting expectations.
