Hard to find a better plumber
I needed a plumber with top level certification to install a new water supply pipe from the pavement to my 1st floor flat. I found El Divine Virgin Plumbing & Heating Ltd to have all the qualifications needed.
Four things you need to know about Immanuel & his associate Roger...
1. These guys have an encyclopaedic knowledge of their craft;
2. They put excellence & customer satisfaction above everything else;
3. They work harder than any plumbing team I've ever seen;
4. I'm happy I hired them. Worth every penny. And I would hire them again in a minute.
Very rare to say all these 4 things about plumbers.

professional, reliable, and credible
I found Immanuel on CIPHE, the place to go to find a professional, credible and reliable plumber, for a tough plumbing job. A push pipe had disconnected underneath a shower tray that wasn’t raised. It wasn’t clear how to reconnect the pipes easily.
Before Immanuel, another plumber (off of CIPHE) had paid a visit, gave a £3k+ quote to reconnect the pipe by removing/replacing the shower tray, and in the process removing the shower screen and breaking a few tiles.
I wasn’t convinced. I found Immanuel through CIPHE. He was reassuring from the get-go, dropped by within a day, suggested going in from the ceiling downstairs, and fixed the issue within 1 day. Even better, he installed a trap door so that we can monitor the pipes closely. He was very professional and reliable throughout the process. And the whole affair cost us less than £500.
Immanuel is the person for any plumbing job. He’s got my highest recommendation.

They were able to arrive same day and on time. After doing an initial assessment they determined they would need to come back the next day
With additional equipment to see if the issue with the toilets was an internal or external issue.
They arrived on time the following day with all the equipment to test the external pipes and after determining it was an internal issue set to resolve the problem
They were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use there service again.

Our flat had issues with kitchen and basin taps. There was very complicated problem with piping system below the basin. El divine has dedicated to solve this issue without extra charge. I think He is offering high quality service and very transparent.
All issues have been cleared perfectly!

Imma was recommended by Thames Water when I found the water pipe leak. He is kind, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. As a single woman from a foreign country I have come across so many cowboy builders who took advantage of me. I am so grateful to have met Imma he is so professional and he can fix anything properly.

I'm very happy with the work carried out by Engineer Imma from EL- Divine Virgin Plumbing & Heating. The whole experience with Immanuel was amazing. From the initial conversation with Immanuel (who is very knowledgeable and explains everything I would need to purchase for the project) to the actual installation. He explained in detail that the flooring was uneven but somehow came up with a brilliant solution to instal the flooring. He cleaned up afterwards to leave everything very tidy.
