Paid £5.95 on top of price for delivery by parcelforce for a mcb !!
Didn't arrive next day or next day parcelforce just saying attempted delivery and didn't even attempt delivery because I was at home for delivery slot
Ordered on Monday and had to go and get it on Friday from my local post office first class postage would have been cheaper and quicker not impressed

The tracking information from Parcelforce does show deliveries were attempted on various days throughout the week and was eventually left at your local Post Office for you to collect.

Having looked at your order we can confirm that having missed our cut-off on your day of purchase, your order was dispatched from us the next day on a Parcelforce 24 service.
This is a next working day delivery service but as with many carrier companies nothing is currently guaranteed and in some very rare circumstances it can take up to 5 working days.
Unfortunately on this occasion this seems to have been the case and we can only apologise for any inconvenience. We totally understand your frustration as once orders leave us we are ultimately in the hands of the carrier who in this instance let us down.
We will review our delivery services going forward to see if there is anything we can do to ensure that any delays our customers experience in deliveries are kept to a minimum.
In the meantime if there is anything we can do to help please do not hesitate to contact us.
