The item was an open box item - but in excellent condition. I was notified when my item shipped and when to expect it. I was also emailed to let me know if I needed any help setting it up or if I had any problems who to call.

I called your support line and it went…
I called your support line and it went to voicemail. The woman never called me back. I declined confirming delivery, so that I could choose a later delivery. They delivered it anyway. Fortunately, he called 15 minutes prior, and told me that they could deliver without me. There was no receipt.

Seriously?
Seriously? Some third-party verification system that determines the CC of a person who has plenty of credit limit, always pays on time, and has a credit score of 824 is a ‘fraud’ transaction? And this is AFTER they call me and verify the details of my account and tell me on the phone it processed. To be followed by an email in the middle of the night saying my order was canceled due, no explanation, no call to see if it could be fixed. And now the item is out of stock for 4-8 weeks. No thanks, will not be shopping with you again.
