I recently had my EV charger installed by Electropoint, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From my initial enquiry to the survey, booking, and the actual installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The installation itself was top-notch – the team did a fantastic job, ensuring the cables were neatly fitted and leaving everything looking immaculate. Beyond just installing the charger, they went the extra mile by helping me set up the charging app on my phone and patiently demonstrating how to use it before leaving.

I would highly recommend Electropoint Installations. Sophia and Sophie were excellent in sorting an install date which was only a week and a half after getting in contact with them. If I had gone elsewhere, I would have been looking at a minimum of 5 weeks. Gerry was fantastic on the phone discussing my requirements (even mentioned a potential grant of £400 which we might be entitled to). Lee and Ryan are excellent installers, neatly wiring the cable in my garage, installing the unit perfectly and even waiting for me to come home to help set up the app and go through the charger with me. Payment is after install (which is great) and the whole process was definitely a 5 out of 5 rating. If any of my friends are looking for an EV charger installer, I will be recommending them to Electropoint. Thanks again.

Decent price for EV Charger and solar pv etc Gerry clearly explained full picture with Sophia organising G98 test and booking dates etc.Completed within 21 days of free site survey.Barry and Nathan carried out all electrical & roofwork install quickly and efficiently.

I had my charger installed today and I must say the 2 chaps doing the installation were fantastic. They had some obstacles to overcome but they worked hard at it and were determined to succeed and they did. They constantly asked my opinion on options and in the end they now have a very satisfied client and I have a great tool for the job. Thanks Electropoint

This is a company you can trust 100%, I had a EV charger fitted today, ordered on Wednesday, very knolwledgable fitter excellent tradesman, very neat tidy job, fitter explained exactly what he suggested for fitting and took us through how to use the charger when instalation was complete.Service with Electropointuk is second to none. Excellent service from beginning to end. Came on time, fitted charger neatly, tided up and even wiped down charger to ensure no dust or marks. Attention to detail was fantastic. They couldn’t have been more helpful in getting the right charger for me. All staff very friendly and efficient. It was a great customer experience.

ELECTROPOINT UK ARE ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!!
It’s as simple as that. I initially used Electropoint UK to supply and fit a Zappi 2 EV Charger at my home. I specifically chose this particular charger as I wanted one that would be compatible with solar panels I planned to get in the future.
I then spoke to Gerry from the company and we spoke about the process of fitting a solar panel system and battery storage system in my my home to compliment the EV charger.
He gave me all the information I could ever need and also told me about the Scottish Government and Energy Savings Trust loan and grant scheme that would allow me to fund the installation of the solar panels and batteries way ahead of my intended timeframe.
Once this was all sorted out Electropoint then organised a suitable time with me to have everything installed.
The 2 electricians and roofers arrived when they said they would and installed the system over a day and a half.
There was no mess, no fuss and the installation went very smoothly. The guys tidied up as then went and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Once the install was completed everything was explained to me so I understood what the system was doing and how it all worked.
I must also mention Sophia who works in the office side of things. No question was too daft and she couldn’t be more helpful with all the paperwork etc. Communication was first class which is very reassuring when dealing with any company.
I really can’t praise the whole company highly enough and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my electrical or renewable energy needs.
All I can say is “Use them”. You definitely won’t be disappointed.
They are a family run business who pride themselves on customer satisfaction and first customer service and after sales service.
I for one can totally vouch for that.

Electropoint were happy to match any quote we received and did! What's more they went out of their way to carry out a survey much earlier than our original booking and then booked us in for fitting all within 5 working days! The young team were extremely helpful and friendly, they are a credit to their Employers. We had a little hiccup with the App but they were happy to go out of their way and come out the following morning to set us up properly. Can't fault this company and Charlene for their customer service and would definitely recommend to anyone having a home EV charger fitted!
